Pollo Campero

I was visiting El Campero this past Friday, October 25, 2024 and the service was terrible. The burnt Mac and cheese tasted super old. The chicken had a very bad taste. I was a customer every Friday. I visited El Campero with my wife, but with that service last Friday. Very salty...I just bought in Kissimmee and I got a very salty piece.

I went to buy and I see that they have little staff, almost all the tables were dirty with many plates of food. It doesn't look good

Very good chicken

It was OK. Chicken pieces were smaller than I expected. I was hoping that it was going to be similar to Nando's but it wasn't. The chicken was kind of dry. Mac n cheese was great. The roll that came with the meal was stale. It's also a little expensive for what you get. I think you could do better for less elsewhere.

I have been to several locations of this franchise. I was a little scared about this location because I read some negative comments.

Arrive one hour before closing.
We were served by a guy at the cashier, super friendly, cordial and polite.

The food was fresh and crispy.

The prices are still in line with the amount of food they serve.

Yes, I was surprised that there are no longer grains on the menu.

I will definitely return to this place.

The chicken was delicious. It always reminds me of someone who serves in my country called Arturos.

The customer service at this place is non-exsistent and have gone all the way downhill. I will never spend my money there again. When visiting this location, I typically order the 4-piece. I don't eat dark meat, so I usually order 4 wings. Keep in mind, this chicken is not cheap. Today, I went through the drive-thru and ordered my usual meal. I was told that I couldn't have 4 wings. I then asked, "how many can I have?" She said, "I can give you one." I wanted to know why I couldn't get 4. No explanation, nothing! I drove off and didn't order anything. I'm done.

Foul and dirty.

Chicken was cooked, Beans taste like a can of cheap salsa mixed with red can beans , Mac ncheese just like a frozen one. They do Not have a meal package that includes drink. Sauces are way American base . It really sucked.

There was a metal twist tie in my salad today. 10/24/24. I live 30 minutes away and got it on my way home from work. I am so angry and HUNGRY with nothing else to eat.
