Pollo Tropical lost it's touch! It just doesn't hit like it used to. Everything tastes underseasoned, bland and dry nowadays, and it's not just this location, but 3 other ones I've been to which leads me to believe it's probably company-wide. This location was nice and clean with friendly staff is the positives I can say.

Not like it used to be. We hadn't been in a while and were disappointed with our experience. It was almost $40 for two, which is a bit much for fast food but the real issue was unfriendly service and bland food. They used to have the best yucca fries, this time they were hard, dry and unappetizing. Maybe it was a bad day for them but I won't be going back anytime soon.

I just picked up my order that I placed through the website, before giving me the order the person in charge scanned the loyalty points barcode on my receipt and now I can't use them. Adding that the order did not have cutlery or napkins.

I recently visited Pollo Tropical and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a meal that included rice and bread, but when I got home, I discovered that both were missing from my order. This is unacceptable, as these are essential parts of the meal. Not only did I not receive what I paid for, but it also ruined the entire dining experience. Attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling orders is crucial for any restaurant. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to prevent it from happening to other customers.

Ever since Covid-19, they haven't had the pump station for the sauces. This leads to shortages on pre-filled ramekins for certain sauces at certain times. Can be a little frustrating buying a family meal deal and finding out they only have three sauces on hand. Not a deal breaker, but if Pollo Tropical reads this, consider bringing back the pumps. It was kind of Pollo Tropical's thing.
Chicken is always good. Smaller pieces of chicken than you'd expect from a on the bone chicken restaurant, but tasty. The pork is okay, ask for extra onions. I love their black beans. Anyone can fry a plantain, but they're still worth mentioning as delicious.
If you live in Florida and haven't tried Pollo Tropical, you're living under a rock.

DDear General Manager Lisa Ortiz, I regret to inform you about my recent experience at your establishment. Today, when I visited the Drive Thru, I encountered Brienna, who seemed to be having a particularly difficult day. I understand that everyone has their off days, but her demeanor left much to be desired. Instead of politely asking me to pull over, she curtly stated, "pull over." When I reached the window, her expression conveyed a deep dissatisfaction with her job and life in general. She made no effort to double-check my order and her face remained impassive throughout the transaction. There was no expression of gratitude or even a simple "thank you." Regrettably, this will be my last visit to your establishment. I couldn't help but notice that the staff at the other Pollo Tropical location excel in providing exceptional customer service. I sincerely hope that the quality of the food surpasses the disappointing customer service I received from Brienna at your location.

I have been going to Pollo since they were called Tropic Grill recently they did some major changes number one the salsa is absolute trash it taste like it's from a can... the quality of the food has gone down significantly I'm eating rice and 50% of it as hard as a brick almost chipped my tooth dry unseasoned overcooked or undercooked chicken they used to be incredible now they are absolutely terrible and I've been to them hundreds of times it's a noticeable difference
