On May 31st at 10:48 PM, I left Pollo Tropical. Normally, they don't get my order right, and the meat often looks sad and old. However, tonight I received all of my food, and the shift manager ensured that I got fresh-looking meat. To top it off, everyone was happy and pleasant, which made me feel good about giving this company my money.
I vote for them to get a raise!!!

This was once a good location...however it is now over priced with bad service and they served me cold food that was not cooked properly bland af and cold... Also, none of the staff seems to speak english... I. Thought we were in america...

Sadly, all the Pollo Tropicals in Georgia closed. So when I venture into Florida, I'm on the lookout for one. Although they are known for their chicken, my go-to is their Tropichop with pork. Really knock it out of the park by pairing that savory pork with the sweetness of their plantains. And don't forget to ask for their Garlic Cilantro sauce- in fact, ask for extra- you can thank me later!

I don’t think I’ve ever gotten food from a drive thru so quickly, without a single error. Best pollo tropical hands down.
Just went to this racist location and bought a large crispy chicken tropishop. I ordered and everything seemed fine at first, I was looking at them and the cashier had his back turned to me and was trying to block the girl sharing my food and looked back at me and saw I was staring right at them. I thought tht was weird so I drove off and saw them laughing and thought tht was very weird and decided to check the food before going home. I took a video and can’t post it and wish yall could see how the food really look. They didn’t even bother to chop the chicken 🤣🤣 and it’s called a “Tropichop”. I realized why they was laughing at tht point because he was blocking her while she jacked my food up. My hard earned money, just got home from work, 11:30 at night and I’m hungry and need food and these Spanish ppl playing with ppl food. And this ain’t the first time they did this. The food be looking just like how they feel about we the consumers, as if it’s ppls fault they gotta work at a fast food restaurant or tht they just messed up individuals. They just threw two very large, thin, cold pieces of god knows what these day in my food and nasty slimy pepper and onions tht honestly looks like has been there since yesterday, very disappointed that they would treat ppl food like tht. With no remorse, tryna get ppl sick for no reason what so ever. This place needs to be shut down. They laughed abt it while I drove away and then when I returned for a refund, they made me sit at the drive thru for 10 mins with the windows closed and me looking straight at them while they debate if they should give me my money back, and never offered me an apology. The cashier wanted to know what was wrong with the food and why I needed a refund so he could tell his boss before issuing a refund but the boss couldn’t offer me an apology tht was right there in the establishment, and they all looked upset when I returned for my refund. They need to be investigated for sanitation and food tested for safe eating and the entire staff needs to be replaced with ppl who actually respects their jobs and respect food… and I bet the ppl who handle my food will still have a job tomorrow!!! The boss is just as bad that’s why they feel the power to do tht right in front my face like tht, and the cashier hiding they next little witch serving the food.
