This place right here is a joke they give you two little skimpy pieces of chicken you walk inside there’s dirt floor food all over the floor tables and you can’t even get a baby highchair without it being filled with grease and dirt disgusting place lazy employees would not recommend you go here

Very great service. Attention to detail. Worrying if i need anything extra. Power went out and i had to wait not even 4 minutes and they gave me two free cakes for my “wait.” Which i greatly appreciated and just shows the service here is exceptional. Arianna and Brendan (i hope im spelling their name right) where the ones who helped me. Very kind genuine people who dont care if they have to go the extra mile. Coming here again for sure.

On May 31st at 10:48 PM, I left Pollo Tropical. Normally, they don't get my order right, and the meat often looks sad and old. However, tonight I received all of my food, and the shift manager ensured that I got fresh-looking meat. To top it off, everyone was happy and pleasant, which made me feel good about giving this company my money.
I vote for them to get a raise!!!
