Sadly, all the Pollo Tropicals in Georgia closed. So when I venture into Florida, I'm on the lookout for one. Although they are known for their chicken, my go-to is their Tropichop with pork. Really knock it out of the park by pairing that savory pork with the sweetness of their plantains. And don't forget to ask for their Garlic Cilantro sauce- in fact, ask for extra- you can thank me later!
They need more English speaking employees. One woman asked another to help me and she asked if I spoke Spanish. I speak limited Spanish and needed to explain my problem in English. Once she realized I did not speak Spanish, she walked right away. It was very rude.
