I was looking for a place to eat chicken and rice. And this is the best place for me and my family.

Hard rice, bland chicken, 90% beans and rice

1st visit: (inside order) didn't give me my complete order, after a long wait.
2nd visit: (drive thru) order not ready. Asked to park for a couple of minutes, over 20 minutes later I enter the restaurant to see where my order was. It wasnt even done. Another 20 minutes waiting for a family duo meal. Front register cashier told me they're under staffed when I explained I was waiting for my order, then he walked away. I called him back to find my order. Drive thru cashier came up. I asked her where my order was and she told me that she thought it was brought out to me then walked away. I don't believe 6-7 employees working is considered short staffed. There were people just lounging. The staff there is very unprofessional.

The young man who took my order was very nice and courteous. The food was great. However, the meat portion was extremely small, which isn't uncommon with our current economic status.

This was the first time in several years we went to Pollo Tropical. We were very disappointed. The menu has changed and is confusing at best. It seemed like everyone had an attitude. The food was cold, the tables were dirty and the floor messy. On a positive note, the soup did taste very good.

I’ve always enjoyed the flavorful dishes at Pollo Tropical, but my recent experiences with their delivery have been frustrating. Time and time again, my DoorDash orders arrive without the sauces I’ve requested. These sauces are not just an add-on; they elevate the meal and are essential to the overall experience.

It's disappointing to look forward to a delicious meal only to find it lacking that crucial element. I’ve brought this issue to their attention, but it seems to persist. The last time I actually drove to this location after the sauces I requested were not in my sealed bag and clearly on the receipt to see if the manager could resolve the issue. The manager did replace my meal and even offered extra sauces. I was satisfied. Still a bit disappointed in the inconvenience of having to drive to location and paying extra for the convenience to have my meal delivered knowing they will not be able to reimburse me. I then ordered the same meal again a week or so later. Unfortunately the sauces were missing. After a long day I did not feel like driving to the location again. I did not enjoy my meal. I truly hope Pollo Tropical can improve their order accuracy, as I’d love to continue enjoying their food without the hassle of missing sauces. Until then, I might have to reconsider my takeout options.

I decided to try this place for the first time and ordered an AVOCADO chicken salad with extra dressing and no beans. They conveniently forgot the avocado, didn’t include the dressing in the bag, and to top it off, there was a bean in my salad—despite my order clearly stating no beans. I’m allergic to beans, by the way. So, I basically paid $11 for a sad pile of lettuce, cheese, and chicken. To make matters worse, I drove all the way back to the store, and they didn’t even bother to offer me a refund. Safe to say this was both my first and last visit. Hope the $11 was worth losing a customer!

This is my local pollo shop. The staff is always happy and ready to feed you. Food is always on point. Chicken always juicy

Tonight was truly disappointing 😞. We ordered a whole chicken and half of another, at the time we were informed that it would be ready in 10 minutes, which we clearly stated it was ok. We were happy to wait, we just wanted out chicken to be cooked properly. Unfortunately they ended up giving us raw, bloody uncooked chicken. When we took it back they had the audacity to get upset. They then proceeded to give us the SAME chicken just completely burnt. It looked like charcoal chicken. We then politely asked for a whole new chicken, but not very happy. Sad to inform that we won't be coming back to this location again.
