The food was very delicious and hot. I've seen the sandwiches dipped in gravy and thought that I would not like it because the bread would be too soggy (and I am a texture person). But to my surprise, the bread held up the gravy and the sandwich was absolutely delicious. The fries with cheese sauce was on point and we also tried a hotdog (Chicago style) and again delicious. We did try the lemon cake strawberry shake, and we did not like at all. Too sweet and tastes like cake batter but besides that, 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend.

As a fellow Chicagoan the flavors were all there except the BURGER????. Not at all the same..The patty was moist along with the bun and not charred!! The char and bun is what makes their burgers amazing. Felt like the patty was boiled:(Italian beef on point though! Hotdog tastes like home!! Cheese fries? excellent. Burger? Not good.

This was my second time eating at this location while in the Kissimmee area for the weekend. I ordered online, but the Uber driver was not able to bring it to my hotel. I called and spoke to the manager that was on duty at the time(Barry). He made sure to accommodate my missing order and promptly sent out another Uber driver. Thanks Barry!

Really Good burgers, GREAT crinkly fries, and the shakes were AMAZING (the cake shakes are Out. Of. This. World!).
We had an order that was very specific. The person who took or order did a great job and had everything right the first time. When we go to the window to pick up the person handing us the order repeated everything back. Order was perfectly made.
