I don't drink alcohol however I walk by this location weekly when I go to Publix and at times an employee is standing with the door open smoking so that cigarette smoke is going into the store. It's happened so often I had to write a review.

I was in the area for work and needed to stop in to get some essentials for the hotel. They had everything I needed and since this is not my usual Publix, anytime I needed assistance finding something, all workers on the clock were happy to help me find what I needed.

Seems to be a good grocery store but whoa! It's expensive!!! I don't know if it is because of the island mark up or what. But it is convenient.

Firstly, I understand this public likely experiences mostly college kids but I am not a college kid. Upon entry, I said hello and no one greeted me amongst the three attendants present- one of which appeared to have been a manager. This store did not feel welcoming at all and was a little weird as there was just some woman texting on a Publix cart located very close to the entrance. When I approached the register and said "Hello there" for the second time, not a single attendant reciprocated this greeting. I showed the cashier my I.D and he said "Nah, I need the whole thing" for me to take out my I.D from a clear sleeve for him to dramatically inspect it and not even scan it seemed unnecessary. He proceeded to scan my liquor and then cough a very wet cough into his right hand.He did not sanitize it and then grab my receipt without asking and just proceeded to attempt to stuff it into my bag. When I expressed I didn't want my receipt and he coughed into his hand right before grabbing it- he rolled his eyes and threw it to the side.Overall this experience has been the worst Publix experience I've had as not one of the three attendants was warm, welcoming, helpful, or sanitary as after I brought attention to the coughing directly into the hand before giving my receipt - it seemed an issue that I didn't want it.Disgusting.

Friendly and helpful staff. Plus, a nice, clean store.

There is nothing wrong with the store. It is small and we didn't find what we were looking for.

Get your act together. Plenty of workers. No leadership. Basic expectations. Chicken.

Wow! We came in and found ourselves in line in the Deli department. We noticed Michelle working fast for 3 customers all by herself with a line behind us growing. We asked for a salad and were amazed at the care, detail and punctuality she took in making it right. She even suggested a particular pickle to try. And all the while, acknowledging those behind us that she was working as quickly as possible! When we got back to our vehicle, we decided to try the salad. It was so very good! So much so? That the next evening, even after a long day, we decided to come back to the deli and get something different. We were hoping Michelle was there again, and she was! This time she created a great whole sub! It was perfect! We don't live in Orlando, but with employees like Michelle? You'd find us coming back several times a week for sure! Great service with a smile! Thanks Publix for an awesome employee!

I stopped in here after shopping at Walmart and having a doctor's appointment across the street. I needed to pick up some drinking water and wanted to take a look around. It's not a bad looking store with a good inventory. I found my drinking water and they have lowest price in the area that I have found. Prices on so much has gone up to where it's difficult to buy things that you can enjoy. The Home Run Inn pizzas used to be $6.99 but now they are over $10. In the end I was only able to get a couple of items but Publix tends to be a pretty good place to buy groceries.
