This is a great location. It's tucked in between lots of touristy stuff. So you can get the familiar food while experiencing fun in the general area.They have a nice back room to host community events. Mary was an exceptionally attentive waitress last weekend.

I have not been to this location in 9 years. I took my family to Red Lobster for my son's birthday as he has never had lobster before. The overall experience was disappointing. Out of four dinner entrees, none were finished. The garlic butter snow crab legs were drenched in garlic overwhelming the crab flavor with the crab meat fused to all the crab shells. The crab linguini alfredo was very sparse on the crab meat and covered with butter. The shrimp linguini alfredo was over buttered. The lobster was good on the claws but the tail was like chewing a used tire. As always the biscuits were great. The beer I ordered was unavailable due to a keg being changed and later informed that it was out of stock. One of the two appetizers came out late. These are the same reasons I have not been to this location in so long. After giving one more chance, I will not be returning.If someone from the corporate office is interested the check number is 150305. I hope the Red Lobster experience can improve.

Casandra and Lisa are my favorite servers so far. Hazel the manager is also great. We love the endless shrimp and will be back a few more times before it is over. Great food and great Service. Update: can't add points to rewards on phone or computer. 3/30/24 Lisa & Cassandra are gone now.

,The service was terrible. We waited forever , over a hour for our food! It was NOT busy at all! The server did not even bring us bread! when we asked several times , the server looked at us with a puzzled look?! I’m sorry , but we should have not paid full price for our food! Bad experience!
Called in my order tonight and was advised it would be 20 minutes. Waited almost an hour for a small portion of good ? Had to hear all the excuses and the food was cold and not worth my valuable time.
We just got back from this Red Lobster, and might not be back again. First of all , we just ate here last week, and the same hostess we had this time was the same one we had last week, and she was not accommodating to us at all. We requested to be seated in the dining room, and she flat out refused us, so she seated us at a booth by the bar...and no one came to take our order. So we asked to speak to a manager, and no one ever came to speak to us...but we finally did get a table in the dining room. The party directly before us was taken right into the diving room with no problem. Our waiter, Luis, was nice and attentive, but the attitude of the hostess was very unprofessional. This has happened to us several times @ this location, so finally I decided to write a review about it. The food was good, but the problem we encountered with the seating was aggravating, and affected our dining experience. No one should be treated like this, and a manager should always be available to speak to ... very disappointing!

Naveah hopefully I spelled it correctly was an excellent server. Thanks to her our experience was amazing. Food was ok, the texture and flavor for some I didn’t like tasted kind of tough, oily mouth feel, sauce whatever the ranch was had a strong bitterness to it I got the crispy lobster and shrimp stack and my girlfriend got the ultimate feast. Drinks were really good I got the Lobsterita.

Very poor Management skills! Our waiter had a table of 12, a table of 10 and our table of 6. We were there 1 hour and a half and this gentleman was ran off his feet. You do not put that many big tables on one waiter. Our meal suffered because of this.
