Red Lobster

My family and I decided to order red lobster the other day for dinner. We looked at the website and saw that a cup of soup was 6 ounces and a bowl was 12. We decided to order a bowl. We brought our food home and opened up the soup container. We knew immediately that it was not 12 ounces. We measured it and it was 8 ounces. I called the store. The employee answered the phone without a phone greeting. Took me a couple of seconds to realize someone had answered the phone. I explained the situation and she said she would get her manager. While she was getting her manager I heard a different employee say "they're complaining over a bowl of soup?" The manager took over the phone and did apologize, but only offered half a refund on the soup. The soup was $9. I rejected the offer. She said she would have to contact her manager and she would call us back. She took down my phone number. I never received a call back. For me it wasn't about the refund. I paid for a bowl of soup and was shorted 4 ounces. I just wanted to be heard and for someone to care. None of that happened. The rest of our order was correct and the food was okay. Can't go wrong with cheddar bay biscuits!

I haven’t been in a long time. Was very pleased with my visit. Crystal the manager was very friendly and helpful with new items on the menu.

The shrimp tasted a little funny,so I didn't eat all. I packed up the remaining and took home, put in refrigerator, next morning bad odor from the bag with shrimp. I will not get that meal again.

They didn't serve us well, the food took a long time and was cold and on top of that they ask us for an extra tip when we paid the bill and at the exit also what a shame

The manager was kind of rude because I arrived alone at the restaurant and he wanted me to sit at the bar in a horrible stool, why? The restaurant was clearly empty, there were plenty of free tables and even I still leaved a good tip.
This guy (guess the manager) when I arrived immediately told me to sit at the bar, I said “no” I would like a table, why would I have to sit in an uncomfortable stool at the bar? Then he proceeded to stare at me and when I proceeded to take a sit he started to talk at my back and I was able to hear “this is the second time someone…” what? Can’t a guy go and enjoy a lunch alone, This place is not cheap I was about to pay around $100 for a lunch and you treat the customers like that?

The lady at the door was very kind and the server kelvin amazing service , but this other guy like the manager ruined my mood.
