Tonya was amazing. We are always impressed with this location. This is the best location left in the Orlando area by far.
Food was excellent, but the whole experience was made memorable by our wonderful server, Gabby. She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and made such a great effort with all members of our party of 10. Thank you!
It's dinner time & the hubby & I settled here. We're no strangers to this place no matter where it's located. We were seated right away & ordered the bacon wrapped scallops as an appetizer (which came atop a bed of seasoned lettuce), & 4meals we ordered the Salmon New Orleans w/shrimp, baked potato & broccoli & the Lemon basil mahi w/mashed potatoes & hush puppies. Everything gets a 2thumbs up as 2flavor. Delicious. We enjoyed it all. Even the seasoned lettuce under the scallops was tasty. My only complaint is that the tasty shrimp in its tasty sauce placed on top of the salmon made the salmon skin very soggy. :( Maybe skinless salmon would've been a better choice or, putting the shrimp in a dish on the side and save that crispy skin the chef worked so hard to achieve.
My family and I decided to order red lobster the other day for dinner. We looked at the website and saw that a cup of soup was 6 ounces and a bowl was 12. We decided to order a bowl. We brought our food home and opened up the soup container. We knew immediately that it was not 12 ounces. We measured it and it was 8 ounces. I called the store. The employee answered the phone without a phone greeting. Took me a couple of seconds to realize someone had answered the phone. I explained the situation and she said she would get her manager. While she was getting her manager I heard a different employee say "they're complaining over a bowl of soup?" The manager took over the phone and did apologize, but only offered half a refund on the soup. The soup was $9. I rejected the offer. She said she would have to contact her manager and she would call us back. She took down my phone number. I never received a call back. For me it wasn't about the refund. I paid for a bowl of soup and was shorted 4 ounces. I just wanted to be heard and for someone to care. None of that happened. The rest of our order was correct and the food was okay. Can't go wrong with cheddar bay biscuits!

Our host, I can't recall his name, was so kind and thorough with getting us a combined booth/table so my dad was comfortable and our waitress Christine was wonderful!

The shrimp tasted a little funny,so I didn't eat all. I packed up the remaining and took home, put in refrigerator, next morning bad odor from the bag with shrimp. I will not get that meal again.

They didn't serve us well, the food took a long time and was cold and on top of that they ask us for an extra tip when we paid the bill and at the exit also what a shame
