Lunch service was great. Food come out in a decent time. Server was very attentive to request. Love the Chicken sandwich options. Can't beat unlimited frys.

The worst service I have ever experienced. Seated for almost 20 minutes before orders were taken. Macaroni arrived cold, this was mentioned to the server who took it away and returned with equally cold macaroni in a scalding hot container. We were never brought a refill on the bottomless fries

Food is always great! Ordered take out for the 1st time. Guy on ohone repeated it back correctly. Got home & took 10m to prep sandwich before I could eat it!! Told them i was allergic to peppers & they put salsa on it! REALLY! Won't do this again...especially for $21 for burger & fries!!!!

It was very quite for a Friday afternoon. We had the entire right side of the bar to ourselves.

Manny was awesome, keep our drinks and fries full.

The burger are good, they are not to die for, but way better than Burger King.

I would eat here again.

Please bring back the zucchini fries!

Food was hot, fast and good. Took awhile to be seated. Needs a good cleaning as it had old beer smell. Also had a spent beer glass on our table that was hidden behind a sign.

Ordered a beer from the tablet on the table and didn't get it. Took another 20 minutes to get someone to take it off the bill. 1st lady ignored me and walked by me 3 more times after I asked her. Otherwise was fine. Under staffed for sure but who can complain nowadays?

Burgers are small for the price. Use to at Red Robin many years ago. Thi is sure have changed.

The food and atmosphere were very pleasant, the decoration was very original and fun with very interesting photographs, however the waitress who served us did something strange that seemed suspicious to us and we decided to review the order in which she casually added more than $30 in extra consumption. At first glance my husband wanted to pay but making a superficial calculation the bill should not exceed $80 but after making us wait a long time he said he would fix it and it was lost again for a longer time in the end a guy ended up collecting and correcting the “error” The bad thing is that the people who work there cannot be identified otherwise I would talk about her specifically. Please check the account to see if it matches your consumption.

Poor treat for guests, I went there tonight with my family 5 and a baby and there was a lot of empty tables at the restaurant and they said that there was a wait time of 45 to 50 min cause the manager tell the receptionist to not seat group of more than 4 because they was not accepting more than 4 persons on the table for almost one hour because the kitchen was rush for groups

RED ROBIN!!!!! Eeehhhhhhh……. Been seeing these commercials for years and finally had the chance to stop by. And that’s where the catchy gingle morphs into a “we’ve tied it and have no intention of going back” ring…..

I of course got a Swiss mushroom burger. Medium. Garlic fries and cheese sticks…. The burger….. well done. The fries……. Blanketed with garlic yet somehow had no salt or flavor. The cheesesticks remind me of Friendlys. And….. NO ONE LIKES STEAK FRIES!!!!!

The wife got the Avacado salad with chicken. While the cool items on the salad were good, the chicken was drier the a prairie desert.

The clothing needs to be addressed as well. I’m not going to go there as it will be seen as nitpicking, but there comes a time in life when revealing clothing should be swapped out for something a bit more appropriate.

The interior was a bit confusing. Kind of looks like they raided a Walmart that was closing down.

All in all, we went there. But are not likely going back. When you advertise GOURMET burgers they should be exactly that. They should be perfect. And if they aren’t then just don’t advertise it at all.

And $60……. For a salad, burger and cheese sticks…….

Always enjoy Red Robin and the Kissimmee FL location is no different. Got my whisky river burger to go and the manager Jorge made sure to bring me extra fries to keep me from missing out on the bottomless fries I would receive if I were dining in! Great experience!
