If you’re heading to the ol’ tourist trap of Florida (aka Orlando) and are looking for a clean hotel that also is close to the parks/ downtown core. This is the spot to beRooms are massive, newer updated washrooms, TVs have a great selection of channels and beds are extremely comfy.Free coffee in the morning but breakfast isn’t the best bang for your buck.Heated pool, hottub and tennis courts were actually amazing. No one was using the courts so after some rallies we enjoyed the direct sun / did a bit of yoga.Big shoutout to Iraida, Deysi (sorry if I misspelled your names!) and Anthony the GM. They did their best to accommodate any request / assist with giving us a king bed room when price hopper sadly booked us two queens! Will be back to this hotel again (with more Canadian beers too ?)

Me and my fiancé recently took a little short Vacay for a couple of days and we stayed two nights at this Red Lion location. The hotel is older but the rooms have been renovated and they are stunning. They were very clean! The service that I received from the front desk was phenomenal. Iris is the front desk supervisor and she was amazing! Very kind, very informative and very accommodating. If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. The location is safe. It was spring break so the halls were a little bit noisy but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel over and over. Thank you Iris, housekeeping and front desk employees for making our stay fabulous!!!.Rooms: Rooms have been completely renovated and are super cleanNearby activities: Plenty of places to eat nearbySafety: I felt very safe at this location. It was quiet, even though it was on a busy road.

My first time visiting the hotel and I loved it. Good service, clean, comfortable and very nice rooms. Its facilities are good and the best thing is that you have all the parks, shops and restaurants nearby. 100% recommend, I would stay again.

I booked and paid through Priceline. When I arrived at the hotel, they asked for a card for the resort fee which was $40. $15 is supposed to drop off was what I was told by the front desk. In total, my card has been charged 5 times for a total of $228. Each time I’ve called, the front desk attendant is not helpful. I had to dispute 2 of the charges with my bank, one fell off, and two are still pending. Please be careful with your card. The amount I’ve been charged has exceeded the cost of the original reservation. Wouldn’t stay again just based on this billing process.

I stay in a lot of hotel rooms through the country. The red lion was one of the best I’ve stayed in. The room was very spacious and the cleanest that I’ve seen. The front desk supervisors and manager have been the best. I feel like I know them personally as they took a complete interest in me and my family and made our stay wonderful. We will definitely be staying at the red lion again. Thanks everyone.

Nice hotel, my daughter and I felt very safe. The rooms are large, which we loved, and we enjoyed our stay. The Oasis bar and grill inside the restaurant has good food and a full liquor bar, but the drinks are a little pricey for the size. The lazy river pool is too cold to enjoy (while we were there anyway). But overall, it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend this hotel to others

We stayed here for 4 nights for Disney World. We rented two connecting rooms. The air conditioner, which is an important part of the equipment in the room, had one room where the remote control didn't work and had to be set on the main unit, and another where the air conditioner only worked with the remote control but couldn't be turned off.The bathroom and toilet tended to get damp and soaked. My room wasn't cleaned, so I asked the front desk, and they said they wouldn't clean it unless I asked them to.I think the resort fee of $23 per day was high. 2024.3On the second night, the fire drill suddenly started just after midnight, the fire doors were closed, and an alarm was sounded inside the building for about 30 minutes. Many guests evacuated outside in the middle of the night due to the announcement telling them to go outside. It was a valuable experience and I enjoyed it.However, the bed mats and pillows were nice and I was able to get a good rest. If you lower the temperature setting of your air conditioner while you are out during the day, you can significantly reduce the humidity and odor when you return. There is also a coin laundry. Washing machine is $2.

This hotel, advertised as a basic budget option, failed to assist me when my reservation was charged twice, which left me frustrated. Despite being clean, the rooms are outdated, but given the price, it's somewhat acceptable. However, the total cost fluctuated unexpectedly, with no mention of an additional hold on the room, increasing the price significantly. The lack of transparency on the Priceline app added to the inconvenience. Moreover, when I tried to address the issue with the front desk, they suggested contacting my bank, which wasn't feasible due to the time difference. Despite my repeated explanations that my Australian card works differently, they were unable to resolve the issue. Additionally, my bank informed me that it was due to the hotel's system error. Consequently, my cousin had to cover the payment, resulting in a below-average experience going from 69 dollars to.a total cost of $336

This is our second stay at Red Lion in the last few years. The hotel is clean, in a convenient location and offers great service from staff. We’ll continue to consider Red Lion for our stays in Orlando. It’s nicely priced!Rooms: King size bedroom was very spacious. It has a sink outside of the bathroom which was very convenient for us. A lot of outlets and lighting. Room included a mini fridge and microwave.Nearby activities: Close to many dining and shopping options. You’re a drive away from Old Town, Fun Stop and theme parks.Safety: You have to scan your hotel key to enter through the back sections of the hotel. No issues during our stay. We felt very safe.
