The flavor of the rice is very delicious but unfortunately I can't give them 5 stars because we ordered a fried rice with everything that is supposed to come with shrimp, pork, ham and egg and the truth is that it only came with three shrimp on top and everything else was in tiny you couldn't even feel it. And we ordered a half gallon of rice….

Food was not fresh. I can tell the oil was dirty, and fried rice had a strange taste. Do not recommend. Fried chicken looked old and was overly breaded. It didn’t taste right. This is not it ? I ate a few bites and threw the rest away. I hate throwing away food but it was making me feel sick. Ps they are not Puerto Rican they’re Venezuelan

It was a clean establishment and the lady that took the order was nice. Not authentic Puerto Rican Chinese food tho. The taste was off and seems rice was burnt. Also gave my husband an allergic reaction, due to cross contamination with seafood, and I got a bad stomach ache. We did not finished our food. We got the pepper steak combination with shrimp, boneless spear ribs combination no shrimp, and tostones with garlic.

If you love true Puertorriquen Chinese food come here the flavor & taste just like the Ponce in PR I always go to to get that flavor I love so much when I go to visit my family place is clean and friendly staff prices are great

Very poor customer service!! I came in with my husband who is a handicap and was treated with the worst customer service ever! There were two ladies at the cash registered and both were on thier cell and didn't ever bother to greet us and was told that this was a fast food restaurant that they don't come up to take your order.My husband came the other day and was greeted and his order was taken and he felt as a welcome Customer.We did order but choose to ask for a refund because of the poor customer service! We did not feel welcome there!
Need to put someone who speaks English to answer the phone.

The rice was burned and the egg that was in was completely dry and burned. The ribs were little hard like it was recooked more than 2 times. Last time buying there. The tables needs to be more clean.

We’re on vacation for my birthday and actually came to the plaza for the bakery but recognized our flag on the door and decided to give them a try, despite the reviews. We got 2 lunch combos with house special fried rice and boneless bbq ribs. The rice was okay, it was missing something but the texture was perfect and the salt was just right. The ribs were great, we loved that they were tender and I liked the sauce a lot! Lastly, the lady who took our order was very nice and explained the prices. It wasn’t the best but we were pleased and enjoyed our meal.
My favorite, delicious. I recommend 100%.
