My friend’s dad owns the Restaurant and it was very nice, and the food my goodness it wad so good but the Sesame chicken wasn’t the best but it was amazing

I live three hours away and one day I was in da area with my family and tried this food. Let me tell you we have been coming back every since.. Idk if it’s something so different or i just love Papa Rican food but yeahhh!! Always fresh, customer service is great.. I wish they can bring a location to JAX

I have order from here before and the food is pretty good. But today the rice tasted like dirty water, and it didn't smell like it normally do. Not sure who you got cooking on 06/12 at 9 pm, but the food was not good at all. Worst thing is that I ordered from Uber and I didn't want to cancel the order because it was not the drivers fault. Need to be more consistent in the flavor

Honestly, the food so far is good but the service it just not it.
I order 2 plates of 4 chicken wings each with fried plantain and they gave me 2 chicken wings and each plate with french fries.
It’s not about complaining or anything like that but just letting you know guys be clear when you’re speaking to them.

This isn't Chinese food. This is what it looks like when you try to make something you've never tried before. The pan fried dumplings don't waste your time. Go to Walmart and get a bag of frozen dumplings and it's the same thing. For the price they charge for 6, you can get a whole bag. The flavor was just not it. We bought 3 different things at it was all terrible. If you've never had Chinese food you will think this isn't bad but if you've had Chinese before your going to feel the same as me. They over use soy sauce and use curry where curry shouldn't be. I didn't order anything with curry yet still got it. Just bad food. Definitely didn't finish.

I came here at 9:15 to pick up an order at place. They told me 20 minutes and I had got here in 25 and the order wasn’t ready, but they were nice. We got back to the Airbnb, which was about 15 minutes away from the restaurant and realized two orders were missing. It was 950 and we called up until about 10 with no answer. Then we decided to drive back, although they would be close, hoping someone will be inside and answer. we are outside for about 10 minutes knocking and no one came to the door so we gave up. I came back a day later and spoke to the person who took care of us. I explained what happened and the timing of everything and they have cameras, I even told them they could look at the cameras and see that we were knocking out the door. He told me he wasn’t doing a refund because he wrapped my order and he was sure that everything was in there. food was OK but definitely not worth all this hassle or the amount we spent.
stopped in for a quick snack & got an order of egg rolls. definitely the best egg rolls i’ve ever had!! gonna have to come back to try out the rest of the menu (& more rolls). 😍

I spent $55 for take out and get home and my rice tasted burnt and chicken wings tasted like they were fried in old grease and looked like they were on steroids with feathers still on it …..I called numerous times to let them know how our food tasted and they never picked up very disappointing! Terrible never again and on top of it all they were NOT Puerto Ricans they need to stop that shame on them! I would’ve given no stars if I could and will NEVER recommend it to NO ONE at all.
