I love Ritas from Maryland and use to get it in Orlando. I am happy there’s one close to my home. Ritas has never been a huge spot, I saw a comment saying there’s not much sitting indoors. But I guess people are never satisfy. I love this place ????

Although I been there a few times. I just feel it's way more expensive than Twistee Treats thats down the road. Plus I got a little grossed out when the older gentleman behind the counter was preparing my order without gloves.

I've come here about two times already, and I've gotten the same thing: Reese's peanut butter mudslide concrete. As weird as the name sounds, it is a delicious option for those that love Reese's as much as my husband and I. It is ice cream mixed with a BUNCH of Reese's peanut butter cups and peanut butter. You get to add hot fudge if you'd like (I truly recommend it!). Because of all the mixing, the ice cream is creamy and light and the peanut butter flavor really stands out. I also love the staff. They're super sweet! (pun intended ??) Next time we order the peanut butter concrete, I will take a better picture and add it here. They were too good we couldn't take a moment to take pictures before ?

I’ve been to several locations in central Florida and I just enjoy this location the most. It’s always clean, staff is very informative and helpful. And the delicious varieties are always fresh and tasty each time. I mostly go for their Sundae’s so to me they have the best Sundae’s ever. If you’re looking for frozen drinks and Ice cream in Poinciana. Try them first you won’t regret it.

Visited this shop a month or so ago. They did not have any seats or tables. Hard to eat your ice cream standing up in 99 degree weather.Decided to pay another visit tonight at 6:50 pm.Walk up walk up window as open, door was closed. I asked if they could open the door, I had my 2 year old grandson and it would be difficult toStand outside. They begrudgingly opened the door? Other patrons were standing behind me.I asked what time theyClosed it was 9. I was told theyhad their grand opening today, needed 2 hours to clean up?What about after hours?All of the employees working the counterWe're laughing at the patrons.
