Y'all, if you visited this location previously and were put off by how rude the former team was, it's time to visit again. I just left the shop and was absolutely delighted with how welcoming and warm the team was. They're aware of the brand of the previous team and are working hard to show that they are a very different team. Let's show them some love!!

The ice cream is better than the chocolates, in my opinion. I had the blackberry cheesecake gelato, and it was very tasty. I did ask for a waffle cone and received a cup, but the cashier promptly corrected the error. There is no seating inside the store, but there are a few tables outside.

Good variety of food but terrible jelly fruits, absolutely disgusting. But it was still good atmosphere and some good memories but I said so over priced. That is my honest review about this mid place.

If you're looking for something for your sweet tooth this is the place for you! My mom saw the pralines sign and just had to go in.

The smell of candy and sugar was sweet and inviting; the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

We were given samples and eventually got the classic pralines and their seasonal pumpkin one. The texture was smooth and melts in your mouth the pecan had the perfect amount of texture. One of the best I've had and honestly I've had many!

My kiddo had a few taste tests of ice cream and settled on strawberry. There were so many options and they all looked creamy and amazing. I didn't bother taste testing because I knew whatever flavour I picked would be awesome. I was not mistaken. My mom got key lime, I got cookie dough, forgot what my dad got but it was quickly devoured.

I got a caramel apple for at home for me, the apple was firm the caramel chewy, it made my kid heart happy.

All in all amazing.

Bring cash as there is a surcharge for credit; however, even that is worth it!!!

Yummy!! And see you again soon.

Prices are absurd! $10.96 for a peanut butter cup?!! The chocolates are good but the prices are pretty ridiculous!

Stopped in yesterday for a quick look at the selection of sweets they have. There was a pretty wide variety of ice cream, chocolates, and candles to choose from. We got some buck eyes, chocolate Covered oreos, and a dark chocolate turtle. I tried a couple flavors of ice cream in store they gave samples of. The quality was good, just not really my flavor. Also tried a sample of the pralines they're known for, which I found were personally too sweet for me. When I got home, I tried the selection we picked up, and while I enjoyed the buckeye, the turtle despite being dark chocolate, was also too sweet to me. I think it was the caramel. My girlfriend enjoyed the oreos, but I found the treats to be really hit or miss for me, so I would suggest anything they let you sample, try before you buy! Ultimately, I think you'll find the quality to be good, just might need to experiment to find your go to treat.

It was mostly okay. What really brought it all down at all was the candy apples. They had a special, buy one get one. But we get them back to our resort and try to get the wrapper off, and the plastic wrapper has been melted into the candy coating, and its shattering, and we can't get it all off. Then, when we do bite into the apple, it's an old gala flavored apple that's super soft and not pleasant. The pralines were great and not any different from the actual river street, though. We live up close to Savanah.

Nice service. The ice cream is forgettable. You are better off going to Publix for much nicer ice cream. Plus prices are ridiculously expensive $9.20 for a 2-scoop waffle cone and $5.47 for a Praline cookie. Plus they charge an unspecified 4% “Supplmnt Fee” and expect also a minimum 15% Tip. Totally absurd. You have been alerted!!!
