⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Incredible Service – Even on a Holiday!

I had the absolute pleasure of ordering from River Sweets at Margaritaville in Florida, and I am beyond impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I reached out, Manager Natasha went above and beyond to accommodate my request — even though it was the Fourth of July, a major holiday!

Not only did Natasha make sure my fresh pralines were prepared to order, but she also came in early on her day off just to make sure everything was perfect and ready for pickup. That kind of dedication is rare and truly appreciated.

Britany, the employee assisting me during pickup, was just as outstanding — warm, welcoming, and professional. She made the experience smooth and delightful from start to finish.

The pralines were absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and packaged with care. You could truly taste the love and effort that went into making them.

If you're ever near Margaritaville, do yourself a favor and stop by River Sweets. And if you’re lucky enough to be helped by Natasha or Britany, you’re in great hands.

I ordered a dark chocolate truffle, a dark chocolate cashew bark, and a dark chocolate almond bark. I really wanted to like it but none of it was edible 😕 way too much sugar and something else weird about it. I don't know if it was emulsifier or what

Me and my wife were down for vacation looking for something new to try, first time ever in the store, very clean,greeted immediately and offered samples to try, the peanut butter cup and my wife’s candy apple was outstanding! Leslie was also amazing when it came to explaining the options of treats, very nice and great service.

I honestly don’t know how to rate this shop. The gelato was amazing but the employees don’t know what allergens are in their products.
We had questions about gluten, egg and nuts because about half our group has allergies.
The employees told us they don’t know what’s in the gelato.
Luckily the manager did eventually look up the nuts in one of the flavors but was unsure if the nut listed in the recipe was what was used. The cross contamination is another concern. The peanut/nut flavors are scattered around the display and drop onto the other flavors as they are serving.
The employees after being asked about the allergens didn’t offer to use fresh or clean off the scoops (almost every other ice cream shop we’ve been to when informing the staff of the allergies our daughter has will use a clean scoop)
Overall if you don’t have any severe food allergies this place is amazing. If you do stay away because it’s not worth the potential death.

Super cute shop with an awesome variety of chocolates, pralines, gelato, and more delicious sweets.

I have been to the original in Savanah so I was excited to walk around. The thing that really stood out was a worker there named Iris. She asked if we needed help and navigated us through all their offerings including some samples to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I very much appreciated her service. Go here for honest old style sweets. Ask for Iris

Amazing! The Pralines were excellent and the fruity pebbles rice Krispy treats were to die for! Will be going back whenever I am around.

Just left there with a two scoop in a waffle cone, pistachio Gelato and raspberry cheesecake. AMAZING. Worth every penny. Must get that again soon.

S’more’s were ok , pretzel was good, customer service is horrible
The guy refused to serve water cup for our dog and made me grab my items from the weigh machine after paying
I am guessing is because i put no tip? Not sure super rude employees

Y'all, if you visited this location previously and were put off by how rude the former team was, it's time to visit again. I just left the shop and was absolutely delighted with how welcoming and warm the team was. They're aware of the brand of the previous team and are working hard to show that they are a very different team. Let's show them some love!!

Everything was so delicious and the people were very nice! Highly recommend the original praline, it was amazing!

I'm not sure if the people working today are racist or what but I was literally standing in line ready to order and multiple people were taken care of before me , check the cameras at around 4:30 I have a green plaid jacket and nobody atrended me , i am an employee at margaritaville . imagine how they treat their customers.

Best sugar free candy. PERIOD.
