Our party of 4 were seated immediately and after a wait of 25 mins with no interaction at all from any server and watching other customers being seated and served drinks and menus we decided to leave. Really disappointed and wasn’t even busy so no we won’t be returning anytime soon.

Brought a group of 6 motorcycles (12 people) over from Tampa to experience the restaurant, only to find it was closed for a car show. I love Rock and Brews (have been to some in Cali and Tampa), but this was a bad call. I can understand reserving a large area, or maybe opening early, but to close completely to other customers is a bad idea. And on top of that... the entire parking lot is blocked off and not a single car in the lot. We spent our money at an adjacent restaurant that wanted our business. I will think twice before making the trek over again.

Horrible service the outside bar was completely empty maybe one couple there that’s it sat down got drinks pretty quick after that no further service. A group arrive and was immediately attended n I wasn’t asked once to order or for a refill. Do better people it’s not that hard to remember the order in which people arrived especially being adults. Seems like even a simple bartender/waitress job is too hard for people nowadays not even a glass of water

Poor service. Was not attended to for more than 40 minutes. Bar was completely empty when we arrived and we were not acknowledged by the workers.

On April 26 at 5 PM, my husband and I. gave rock and brews a second chance. Four days earlier, we were rudely informed by the host that we could sit outside however, we had to leave by 6:30 PM due to a private party. Last year in 2024, we made three trips to rockin Brose while on vacation and we were able to sit outside, which is a total draw for us. This year, however, it was an entirely different experience. We were notified when we arrived that the outer area was reserved for a private party. We were seated inside and our waiter acknowledge us 15 minutes later for a drink order. As we sat there, the outdoor area was starting to fill in with people. Obviously, they were not part of a private event. 30 minutes later, our appetizer arrived, and all of the cheese on the nachos was burnt on to the parchment paper, and the chips were blackened; over toasted. Another 20 minutes later I had to physically get up and find our waiter to order another beer for my husband. When that came, placed our order for happy hour quick bites. Pizza, fish, tacos, and fries. Another 20 minutes later or second part of the order arrived. Another glance out at the outdoor seating area was 1/3 filled. A father and his young son sat next to us and waited for 30 minutes to be acknowledge. Felt bad for the little boy who was ever so patient but you could see the father was highly irritated. Meanwhile, the empty out side seating was still not full to capacity, .. Then, groups of four families of six and groups of eight filtered and to the outer area. Obviously, it was not a private event. Then, after waiting 30+ minutes to find our waiter for the Bill and to go boxes , had to physically get up and stand at the indoor bar area to wait for him to come out and present us with the bill, and the boxes. As we left, there was a huge line at the hostess station. The inside dining area was entirely full yet the outdoor area had several open tables. We watched as different couples and groups just randomly entered in to grab open tables outside. We did check reservation guidelines regarding reserving a space outside and nothing was posted about parties, etc. The outdoor dining area is a big job for this particular venue. And both times this year we were turned away. If I could give zero stars, I certainly would and I was very dissatisfied with this year’s experience. We are planning on vacationing here in March 2005 and absolutely will not even attempt to get this haphazard establishment a second, make that third, try.

Wasn’t a traditional brewery. Was a nice atmosphere. Plenty of beers to choose from. We would come back.

It's okay. It wouldn't be first choice but if someone want to go I'd go

We’re visiting from out of town and this was easily one of the worst meals of our trip. The order took far too long to be ready, and when it finally arrived, it was a mess. The salad was missing the shrimp entirely, and when we reached out to the restaurant, they showed zero interest in fixing their mistake — no apology, no refund, not even a basic acknowledgment. The attitude was indifferent at best and downright careless at worst.

To make matters worse, the rest of the food wasn’t any better. The burger was overcooked and dry, and the chicken sandwich was tough and chewy — barely edible. For the price and the wait, we expected way better. If you’re a visitor hoping for a decent meal and even the most basic level of service, skip this place. It’s not worth your time or money.

Food was fine BUT if you're going becasue you're a KISS fan, be prepared to be very disappointed. There is literally nothing kiss related there, also, they played pop and dance music, not even rock...so it was not the vibe I was looking for

Great evening out. Good and service good. Music good. Try to reserve a table as it's always busy.

This was one of the worst take out experiences I have ever had. After waiting over an hour and ten minutes for food what we got was unacceptable. The steak in the picture was ordered medium…not charbroiled. A hamburger…overcooked. Do not recommend.

As a person who has worked in the restaurant industry since I was 16, equating to 52 years of work, I understand that sometimes things can go horribly wrong, and thus, I have very mixed feelings about our experience. First of all, it wasn't busy, over half of the tables were empty, so we were hoping for a quick meal. We were so wrong! The following are some specific points about our experience. Some are very negative, but I hope the positive ones are obvious as well. 1. We always set a timer when we sit down, so when I discuss times, they are accurate. The server didn't acknowledge us for over 7 minutes after we arrived, although people arriving after us received drinks, and he came over only after I went to the host and asked for service. 2. It took over 5 minutes to get 2 waters and 2 iced teas. FYI: The server never asked if anyone needed a refill on their beverage. 3 The pretzel appetizer arrived nearly 15 minutes later. It was delicious, and the cheese sauce was really good as well. The rest of the food was up and down - more down than up. One of the party ordered a specialty burger with Swiss and other items. She enjoyed it very much, but the bun was soggy on the bottom. One person ordered chicken nachos, which in her opinion were OK. My husband ordered an ultimate burger with no pickles or tomatoes, but when it came, it was a plain burger on a dry bun. He said the meat was good, but since it came without the listed accoutrements, it was hardly what was expected. He was not even offered a condiment such as mayo or mustard. My chicken tenders were completely overcooked. Crispy is great, but these were way past crispy. I'm not sure the photo shows this, but they were dark brown, and the interior had no juiciness at all. To be fair, the flavor would have been very good, but they were so dry as to be inedible, and after 2 bites from 2 different pieces, I gave up. Everyone agreed that the fries were excellent. 4. When informed the chicken was inedible, our server offered to replace it, but by then, I really didn't want anything. The manager came over to discuss the meal with us, but since the first words he said were to tell my husband he had ordered a plain burger, which was inaccurate, not to ask about the issues, it didn't start out in a good way. To their credit, they removed the charge for the burger and chicken from the bill, but we weren't looking for that. We were looking for a good meal. The "rock" part of their name comes from playing rock videos from a variety of eras. I thought this was very fun, and I enjoyed the opportunity to reminisce.
