A place that charges $13 for a palm-sized pizza with barely a trace of cheese and a salad so small it could be finished in two bites. Absolutely outrageous — overpriced even by Disney standards. Total rip-off.

The food was super bad, I ordered 4 chicken strips and 2 of them were 2 breaded strips, they didn't have chicken.

I was disappointed with this option. It was just lettuce and sauce in a bun, which didn’t match the name ‘Lobster Roll.’ I appreciate the refund, but the experience was frustrating. Please improve the labeling to avoid misleading customers, why not call it a ‘Lettuce Salad Roll’ or ‘Sauce and lettuce Roll’ instead? The lobster roll at Magic Kingdom is great, so this was especially disappointing.

Basic American food. No easy seating. Order online on busy days. Not worth price but did eventually share a table and met a family from Venezuela, highlight. Saw display on Hollywood Tower while eating. Went December 2024 so snowing too. We will opt for sit down service next time.

This was my first time here & I’m not sure if I’ll be back. I did a mobile order and waited for over 20mins… for a COOKIE. Other people with mobile orders were standing around the window too. Seemed like we were all called at once, but none of the food was ready or just sitting underneath a heat lamp. I’m unsure if this place has enough workers too. Sitting was atrocious and couldn’t find a spot to sit down! Did go on a holiday weekend though. Either way, it was a frustrating experience, even though the Fantasmic cookie was so good.

Really wish I could give this no stars. Did a mobile order. Took forever. When I tried to find where my food was after 30 minutes, it was sitting under a heat lamp for probably 20 minutes. My kids were starving, and they didn’t offer anything to make up for it. I’ve come to expect more from Disney. Boo.

For the love of God, close this place down. I ate the worst burger of my life. I never imagined I would spend $20 on garbage food like this restaurant. I don't recommend it to anyone. Please, someone close this restaurant down immediately. I bought a burger that came totally burned. Worst LIXO OF MY LIFE. My God. Don't eat that place.

Ordered lobster roll with potato chips. Potato chips impossible to eat due to excessive salt.
Cast member was rude and said that’s how it is.

Food will go out of order if you order an allergy item. Not enough seating and people will steal benches if you are getting food and not sitting at your table

Price according to tasty food

First time in the establishment during pride month and felt so disrespected and will definitely not be coming back . Jeff the server , was super rude. I’m not a local , I’m from Orlando and this was definitely a really bad experience, he was super rude and said we weren’t going to tip anyways . Left before I even ordered anything.

Food is average. Service was absolutely awful. Not worth standing in line for anything from this place. You will wait forever for so so food that comes out cold, or is overcooked from sitting under a heat lamp, and have to deal with cast members who do not care at all about providing any kind of decent customer service.
