The Ruby Plaza Cafe by Limbhelados is a really great little eatery. It’s listed as an ice cream shop and they do have very good soft serve cones and cups. The also serve a variety of fresh homemade empanadas in several fillings, churros and other nice snacks. The people are super friendly and accommodating and the covered open air seating is great.

Showerd up at 3:19pm on a Saturday and they literally closed their blinds and closed down. On the front it's posted they close at 8pm. Super disappointed.
Edit:Since I can't reply to you I thought I'd edit my review. My review was posted at 3:20 and, it was lightly drizzling. How do you survive as a business if you close every time a couple drops of rain come? (ps. It's now 3:50 and the sun is out and beaming)

DISAPPOINTED when on a Saturday at 3:15pm, after RAVING about your empanadas, we traveled a Long way to get there, only to find that it had JUST CLOSED, when the schedule says it closes at 8Pm!!!! You're food may be delicious, but THAT is unacceptable!! I won't go there again!!

BEST dessert spot in Kissimmee, by far!!! I love taking the train down to this spot with my daughter and we ALWAYS have to stop here on our way to the park or our way out. You can tell everything is handmade and original. Between the service, quality, and music, it’s a nice spot to relax and eat any of these tropical desserts!!! The 1 on the left is Nutella with chocolate cake chunks and the 1 on the right is Mojito with Passion Fruit ???

I can't believe im about to say this lol. This might be the best empanada I've had since moving to Florida. It was fresh,hot, and the chicken was of high quality. It was everything I wanted. Washed it down with water and some slush sample they let us try. I'm def coming back for more Empanadas.
