The Ruby Plaza Cafe by Limbhelados is a really great little eatery. It’s listed as an ice cream shop and they do have very good soft serve cones and cups. The also serve a variety of fresh homemade empanadas in several fillings, churros and other nice snacks. The people are super friendly and accommodating and the covered open air seating is great.

I went with my husband and daughter we ordered some slushies and ice cream. It was delicious and the staff was welcoming and polite. Highly recommend to go here. I will return definitely and try something else.

Oscar and Laura are wow, they make you feel at home with their exceptional customer service, and let’s not forget how amazing their food is, is one of the best of Kissimmee, so please when you’re around the place, go try their empanadas and limber
