Well. My husband and I started our Vacation today a day early and decided to come here before our camping trip to Disney Springs with the fam! We come to the outside bar and the bartender didn’t even acknowledge us. She made eye contact with us and didn’t say anything till after I picked up a menu that was already on the bar that was sticky and gross from what looked like a drink spilled on it. Laiza (The Bartender)then after I put the menu down and made eye contact again was like what do you want? I told her. My husband as we usually do ask how her day was going. She shrugged her shoulders and then made my drink. Not a way to start our Vacation. My husband and I both are Bartenders and have been for 20+ years now. You never know who’s going to sit at your bar. Being in customer service, and receiving this kind of service really sucks. Everything else was great minus the service from her.
And the stupid DJ on the tv is stupid.
Also, this having a 15% gratuity charge explains why we were given the service we were. They are getting tipped regardless of the service. Which sucks for people who come here.
