Sajoma had a live band we sat down at 8pm the band started at 9:30pm the server seemed annoyed with us she wanted to rush the table but the restaurant was empty. We did order food and drinks so it wasn't like we were sitting and not buying anything. We did have a good time they just need to figure out how to manage tables So people can enjoy the band. The drinks are pretty expensive if they would lower the drink prices they would get more business. I am a local and go to Tin Roof often this place has the same potential but they aren't bringing in the crowds as they should.

Service was great. Food was good we got skirt steak and a mofongo with chicken. Both very good. The maracuya margaritas were the best we've ever had, especially for 2-for-1 happy hour price!

Yucca fries and rice and beans were good, but the steak was a little tough. Waitress was not attentive, in fact when asked to refill our water, she brought 5he bill first. This was further frustrating as an eighteen percent tip was pre-added to the bill. It was not earned, so we're unlikely to return to this restaurant . TIP means: To Insure Promptness. It must be earned, not given as an entitlement Restaurants should not add it automatically for small parties or a mere couple.

Everything was five stars. The staff were amazing. Patricia was our waitress and she was so attentive and sweet. Everything we ate and drank was so good. The decor is beautiful. I can’t wait to come back. There was live music setting up as we were finishing up. We’ll have to come again to enjoy it.

The service w Rossy was great, and so was the atmosphere. Food could be better specially for the price. The empanada appetizer was delicious but they were mini so it was not worth it for the price. Honestly w the food it’s a hit or miss. We come here every so often and get the same meal. There is time the food is great and times it’s not like today. The chicharrón was salty and the rice w peas was not flavorful. The churrasco had no flavor and the white rice was uncooked. The pasta w churrasco was good. Again it’s a hit or miss. But today it wasn’t it! But thank you Rossy for good service and being very attentive!

I visited Sajoma Restaurant today Saturday and our waitress Patricia was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. She even remembered small details from our order and checked in at just the right moments. Her warm attitude really made the evening special, and I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to her great service. Pss the live music was a plus.
