Excellent service and distribution of products

On January 17, 2024, I went to the sams club store to the tire and battery department looking for service for one of my vehicles, but I had a bad experience with the service offered that day. However on Thursday the 18th I went back to the store to the same department and was attended by Alex and supervisor Alvin, who while I was talking to them realized from what they had heard that I had been the person from the day before. They went the extra mile and helped me with everything I needed without looking for an excuse. They set the example of what true customer service is all about. Thank you Alex and Alvin you took Sams Club of Kissimmee to the highest level of customer service, next time I need service I will certainly look for you.

This club has gone down hill in cleanliness and friendliness. Most of the time I do the curbside pickup the employee is not friendly, wearing ear pods so unable to converse with me or hear what I’m saying, and there is a clear attitude of the employee not enjoying his job. Pallets are left in the aisle during busy hours, water is left on the floor due to the floor cleaning machine, and the bathrooms are cleaned by the opposite sex not allowing customers to use the rest rooms. The family rest room is 95% of the time used by the employees, which makes it hard for customer to use.

What a nice gift. My son bought me a new Sams card today and it was so nice to shop in bulk again. The customer service was terrific. Can’t beat the 1.50 hotdog/drink special for a quick bite...glad to be a member again.

Very FAST checkout with the use of Scan and Go. If you're still standing in line, you are behind the times.

Open for seniors 7 am to 9 am.. The meat department was 90% out of stock.Half a dozen grocery aisles were blocked for restocking. I guess the store has inventory when it opens at 9 am for "normal" customers. I left and went to Publix at 7:45. Publix was fully stocked with everything. Won't be wasting time at Sam's in the future.
