Restaurant was empty at 1pm on a Saturday. I should’ve taken that as a sign!!! It took this lady 35 min to put together an arepa. Ridiculous to say the least. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!

1 person working as cashier and cook on a Sunday of course its horrible services. She is trying her best but food takes forever. The sauce station half empty. The soda machine without ice. A mess. If you don't want to pay more employees or if you don't have the staff,You should close on sundays.

This is a Venezuelan restaurant. The restaurant was empty at the time of visit. The menu was somehow vague, not impressed. The amount of food was good, no complaints about that. The food tastes not the greatest but, worth the try. I order their Cachapa specialty and my wife order the Cheese Cachapa, mine has meat and chicken, tasteless to my liking. The cheese Cachapas was Alright. We ordered some Tequeños and they were really good. It’s worth the try but, we both agreed not to visit again. We do not recommend the coffee in this establishment. The parking is not controlled, we were ask for money upon arrival by 2 individuals.

We arrived late at night for the first time at this place, and we were welcomed very kindly. The food was delicious, we ordered arepas that were made fresh on the spot, super fresh and flavorful. We also ordered a mango smoothie that was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!”

I will try to keep it simple. Food was fresh and made to order. Food size is big and filling. The actual restaurant could use a good renovation to make it look modern, clean and inviting. It’s outdated and as a result it makes you feel dirty. I am Venezuela. And can say the food was very good. The staff was friendly, the day I went, we had Yosmaria & Yokza. I took their names as I was impressed with the taste and freshness of the food. I told them that due to the looks of the place, I thought it was not going to be good but they proved me wrong, which is good. I will Say the price is a bit too much, meaning it’s a bit overpriced.

I’ve gone to this chain before in different parts of Orlando and the service and food have always been good. This time the customer service was horrible, the cashier looked bored, walked away when I asked to order my meal, and appeared bothered by me ordering. It took 20 minutes to make two arepas so I waited in my car because her energy was so dark it affected the entire atmosphere. The food was good but they need to get their cashier some training in customer service or hire someone that’s actually nice to customers.

We spent $60 and the arepas were undercooked, lukewarm, and tasted old. We ended up throwing out all the food. Consider yourself warned.
I had empanadas, the dough is too thick so much so that it steals the flavor of the filling. And the Tequeños had a taste of rejected oil. They must improve.

Only 4 stars because, like all Venezuelans Restaurants in Orlando is too expensive; over $13.00 for an arepa is ridiculous. My suggestion is to sell those Arepas for $10.00, and you could triple your sales.
