I had the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich. Unfortunately the meat was tough big chunks not chopped like the last time I ordered it. Disappointed the cheese was a good addition to the sandwich. French fries were good. I won't order it again.

Porscha Porscha Porscha made our evening!! She was a great waitress! She was attentive and friendly. The food! The pot roast was on point in every aspect!! The Brussels sprouts top tier. The bao buns absolutely delicious. Even though this resort sucks, it’s worth trying Sids!! Call ahead so you can see if Porscha is working!!!

Would not answer phone for phone order. Then charged my son gratuity when he went down to place his order. Charged 60 with tip bc they do not give cash back. Only ordered the Ruben combo. Food was mediocre. If you enjoy loud, rude drunk people, with awful food and shady service, I recommend coming here. 👌

Terrible service! We were on vacation and just wanted to enjoy our time, but I couldn’t believe how bad the service was. They even added a 20% tip automatically. The server was super rude — no idea how they let people with that kind of attitude work in customer

I would love to review the for the food, but sadly we never got that far. Walked in, very nice hostess seated us and we waited. We watched two or three servers walk by. The table next to us heard us and said they had to wait a long time as well. After 15 minutes, we got up and left. It was like we were not assigned to a server but nobody had the thought to check with us. The hostess was shocked and appeared to run and try to correct the situation but i was over it and already moving on to a restuarant that wanted our money. I won't even give them a second chance and we own here at Westgate.

The server, Porscha was giving very bad customer service and was not attentive to our needs. She was half way to another table while taking our order, made a mistake while bringing the order, promised to clean the table for dessert, never did. gave us a A bill before making sure we are set or wanted a dessert and even though we were really excited to try one of the items from the dessert menu, we decided to leave it as it is, by the end of our stay in the restaurant we were very pissed off. It’s a pity that such a delicious place have very incompetent workers.

The food was absolutely delicious. Our waiter was attentive & professional. The cauliflower bites are a must. I had the mashed falafel and my husband had the salmon on focaccia. We will definitely go back.

Falafel sandwich had a nice mix of tart from the pickled onions and crunchy / toasty front the falafel and naan bread. If it had hummus, it would have been perfect. I replaced the side of fries with rice thinking it would be lighter, but it was bathed in butter.

Very convenient location we haven’t tried this as it’s a new restaurant and haven’t been to the resort in a couple years. They have a very expansive drink menu with specialty drinks. That is quite impressive. I did try the Westgate IPA and didn’t like it, but wasn’t my style. We ordered a Caesar salad and my suggestion is if you decide to order it get the dressing on the side as they add way too much dressing and the lettuce was drowned. The pesto pizza was delicious. The skirt steak bow buns are very impressive looking and reported as tasted good. The chicken wings did come out cooked well and overall they like the flavor of them. This would be a nice spot if it wasn’t so hot out to sit outside and enjoy but sitting inside it has a nice cool vibe to it of more of an upscale restaurant.

My experience at this place was wonderful. We were served by Mr. Angel, who was very charismatic, attentive, kind, and helpful. The food was spectacular, with a unique and incredible quality. I recommend visiting this place if you want to enjoy delicious food and unforgettable service.

The food is decent. The cocktails are generally good but inconsistent. Ordered the same drink two nights and got very different flavors.

All that aside, the water tastes absolutely awful. The taste/smell of the water reminds me of a public restroom. The ice also has this problem, so soft drinks end up tasting the same way as the ice melts.

Definitely recommend bringing your own hydration. The restaurant should consider serving water/ice that does not come from the tap.

The food was awesome! The short ribs are super tender, and the dirty fries are delicious. I ordered the farmers market salad with ahi tuna poké, it was very fresh. The service was good as well, our server Porcsha was attentive and gave us great recommendations!

The food was okay. The portions were great for the chicken Parmesan, but was not worth the price for it. The service was excellent and checked in on us as we ate.
