You haven't lived until you try their starwberry daiquiris. And then, do that while sitting poolside with them blaring "We Don't Talk About Bruno"The prices were what I expected to be: it's Disney World after all. But 10/10 would recommend

Atmosphere: 5

Food: 5

Service: 5

It was amazing! I loved it, comfortable and valuable. The quick service restaurant was amazing! My children loved the Arcade and that wasn't expensive either. The cast members were all very Pleasant! Aladdin at the front desk is the sweetest! The bar area is pricey but the drinks are worth it!

First let me say I'm a Disney fanatic and have been a pass-holder for over 20 years. I hardly ever book Disney properties for my hotel stays because other than convenience, the rooms and properties are really nothing special and I can get a luxury resort off property for the cost of a Disney "value resort" on property. Any-who recently I stayed at this resort for runDisney weekend. WHAT. A. DISAPPOINTMENT. I paid $219/night. The rooms are really small. I don't know how a family of four could comfortably stay there. My biggest beef, housekeeping. When I checked in I saw a disclosure that housekeeping service would only be provided every other day. OK, not thrilled with that, but OK. So my second day of stay we left in the morning for a day of Disney fun, came back to room expecting room to have been tidied up, clean towels, trash dumped, beds made. It was 430 pm. Nope nothing happened. We called housekeeping and were told they could bring us some new towels and gather the trash. Huh? After complaining they finally agreed to service our room. Begrudgingly. Ugh. I learned my lesson. I know this is a first world problem, but I expected a little more from Disney. Also, for the price I could have stayed at a 4/4-1/2 star resort in the area. The value was JUST not there. Lesson learned!

We needed a 6 person room and wanted something cheaper than the 2 bedroom villas so we chose to stay in the family suite at all star music. We stayed in room 0658 which is a 1 bedroom family suite. The room is in building 10 directly overlooking the pool and adjacent to the main lobby / restaurant/ bar. I've read other reviews about long walks from the building to the front where the buses are, and indeed it is a very large complex. Building 10 however was close to everything including short walks to the bus and parking lot. The pool is open 10am to 10pm. We only saw the pool at the front and it has some fountains, a baby pool, both with lifeguards. There are complimentary life vests available on racks around the pool. There is also ring toss, pool table and ping pong. They had a DJ playing mostly Disney JR music. There is other paid activities like the arcade, I included a picture of the activities board for November 2023. The room has two pull down queen Murphy beds in the family room and another bed in the bedroom. The bedroom has a raised bed that stored a double stroller and two checked bags easily underneath. The couch and table in the room fold as the Murphy bed comes down it was a quite efficient. The only item that had to be moved is the dining room chairs. We put two in the bathroom and two off to the side by the kitchen wall. When the beds are down space in the room becomes really tight. We were able to fit an ECV in the front room but only just so. The room has a master bathroom with shower toilet and vanity sink. There is also a second full bathroom in the family room, with a full tub and toilet and separate sink vanity. There is a tv in both rooms with all the Disney channels ready to go! The kitchen area has a small fridge and freezer combo. Unlike the beverage cooler like the other rooms, this one can store groceries and freezer items. We took full advantage of this and shopped at the Publix that was 9 minutes away and stocked up. The kitchen does not have a Keurig though like other Disney resorts. The microwave was good to make quick eggs, sausage and oatmeal. There was plastic forks, spoons and knives but otherwise no other kitchen utensils. There was also no plates or bowls so we just took some paper ones from the store. Having stayed at deluxe Disney resorts I kept my expectations low seeing as this is a motel. For example the rooms were cleaned only every other day, no special character dining or splash pad, and only bus transportation. But the price was very reasonable considering you still get a Disney resort and early park access. Would consider staying here again when priced out of the nicer resorts.

We booked this hotel via a tour operator and then saw some reviews and was a bit concerned, However based on our experience I’d 100% stay again. Some of the complaints I’d seen and my experience before; - hotel rooms are too far from the entrance : we were right at the back of the complex and it was about a 3 minute walk, if that’s too far for you then Disney isn’t going to be fun! - food hall is chaos! : no issues for us, was busy but plenty of food and places to sit. - food is rubbish and cold : food is like the theme parks with some extra additions. Food was always hot for us and service was always brilliant. - buses are busy as music is the last pick up: every bus was empty when it arrived and it didn’t stop at any other hotels just straight to the parks. Other things to mention; - Pools are great and staff play movies and games through the pool opening hours. - all staff are great in general - nice gift shop

This hotel is reasonably priced and has great transportation to the parks. The employees are very helpful Great food options in the cafeteria. The rooms are freshly renovated. Con: They only clean "every other day", reality: 1 out of 5 days. They cleaned after the first 2 nights, but never came back again. We were told they don't clean on Sundays, but we were surprised when we came back on day 4 (Monday) to find our room had not had any housekeeping service, fresh towels or trash removal. Also, this would be a tight squeeze for more than 2 people. The 2nd bed is now a pull-down Murphy bed, and when it's down you can't use the table in the room. There are very few options to store suitcases for more than 2.

First the positives... Friendly helpful staff Good food court Nice landscaping and pools Negatives Housekeeping Room to far from main building The housekeeping is meant to come every other day and even then we got missed out and had to speak with staff to find out why we got missed out. Also housekeeping came to our room late afternoon, so we would return from the parks wanting to relax for a break, only to find the room yet to be cleaned. The building our room was located in was a good 5-10 minutes from the main building. Making it especially tiring when returning from a long day at the parks.

Well went in March and wasn’t impressed. But went back in September and was less impressed. The resort is just boring. They need to add more Disney to it. It’s a small resort which is a plus. The staff is very nice. The food court is like the lobby, boring. The rooms have very little Disney in them. If not for the mural over the bed you would not know you are at Disney. The 3 rating is because the pools were so slimy you didn’t want to hold on to the side. The piano pool was green around the sides and just nasty. I’ve never seen a dirty Disney pool before.

First time at Disney Hotel as usually stay in a villa. Lovely reception area with helpful and friendly staff. A small shop. An arcade for the children to play. A restaurant for meals. Two pools.Rooms have bathroom, hairdryer supplied shampoo, shower gel etc. A double bed with a pull down double bed. Tea and coffee making facilities. A fridge, kettle etc. A small safe which was useful. Easy for getting to parks with buses out the front of hotel, never had to wait long. Pool towells provided together with towells at water parks. My only moan would be when the second double bed was down we were constantly bruising our leg on the corner. Apart from that i couldnt fault it

I wasn’t expecting too much given this is Disneys budget choice. However I was pleasantly surprised. The room was nice and clean. The pool was huge and good fun. You can even order from Just Eat and have it delivered to the hotel and eat by the pool.

My wife and I have stayed at Disney’s All Star Music Resort in June with my mother in law and grandson. We then stayed a second time in July with my mother in law and family from NY and Connecticut. Both times were outstanding experiences with relation to room(Family Suite), front desk, food court and housekeeping! The suite is perfect for families of 5 or 6. It has a separate bedroom and then 2 pull down Murphy Beds in the main area. There are 2 full bathrooms and a nice little kitchen with a decent size refrigerator. The food court had quality food options for anytime of day and the soft serve ice cream was great. The front desk ( Johanna, Heather, and Mike) were tremendously caring, helpful and sooo accommodating to my family. They truly exemplify Disney caring, compassion and customer service. Oh, and entertainment and activities by the pool made it so enjoyable to everyone day, evening and night! We will be back!

Last week, after getting off a wonderful Disney Cruise Vacation, we returned to the airport and found out our flight had been canceled and wasn’t able to be rescheduled for two days, so we booked a stay at Disney’s All-Star Music, and had a lovely time. On the day we were supposed to fly home, our flights were canceled again!..once again our flights home were rescheduled for another two days out! The concierge and front desk staff at All-Star Music went above and beyond to help us with this difficult and stressful situation. My family will most definitely stay there again for a future vacation. Thank you in particular to Mike from Branchburg, NJ; Heather from Plano, TX; Johanna from Caracas, Venezuela; and Kenya from Toledo, Ohio. Thank you for taking care of us, and for putting family first!

Great value for money, effective transport to and from the parks, immersive experience and super friendly staff. Housekeeping could have been better, though. Sometimes we would arrive at the room and the beds were poorly made, along with the litter bins being barely cleaned.

I loved this hotel! We stayed in a family suite which was perfect for my teenagers. They had their own separate space. I loved having 2 bathrooms. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The suite was remodeled so it was like new. Our room was close to the main building so we didn't have to walk far and there are 2 very nice pools right outside your door to pick from. They also have movie nights by the pool which is fun. They only have bus service but it was fine for us. I would definitely stay here again!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel in February 2023, and it was a lovely stay. The hotel staff made it very special, especially Mike from the lobby, who upgraded us to a preferred room since it was my boyfriend's first time at Disney World. The food is delicious, especially the rice and meat they serve for dinner. The rooms have the perfect space if it's just two people; if there are four, they might be a bit tight, but nothing unbearable. The food court facilities could use some maintenance. The cast members make an effort to make your stay special, and the hotel serves its purpose very well if your main priority is to enjoy the theme parks. We have already booked our next trip to stay here again, this time with the whole family next year.
