Very unclean. They were not busy, and the tables still had moisture rings and some stuff on them. But what turned me off is the guy who appeared sick, coughing and handling his dirty phone, then grabbed food with his dirty hands and started preparing it for my smoothie. Then grabbed my bare straw with those unwashed dirty hands. Big red flag if this is acceptable in customer view. What's happening where people can't see. Didn't feel that inviting as well.

Tiny restaurant, really more of a lunch spot. Fast casual, self service ordering at kiosk. Food was ok. I ordered a salad that was underdressed. The rice was not flavorful and dry. Didn't get enough dressing either. Worst part was the service. When we got our food, we asked for waters as well. As it was quite hot, we were pretty thirsty. Server told us he was busy with other orders and we'd have to wait for water. I also asked for an extra plate to split up some food for kids. Same response. I asked several times over 5 to 10 minutes. He told us we could buy a drink of we needed it right away, which I elected to do since at this point I had kids crying for water and a dehydrated wife. Kind of unbelievable that he had time to ring me up for a water but could put the child from the tap right behind him. He finally brought out our waters roughly 15 minutes after initially asking, we were nearly done with our food at this point and quite upset. Terrible customer service. Ruined our mea. I will never eat here again

Amazing food! As a party of 4, we tried a little bit of everything on the menu and it was all so tasteful and delicious. The only thing better than the food was the customer service! Helpful, social, and quick. As a local, we will be making the 30-minute drive to make this a regular spot for our family!!

The food was ok? Idk. The chicken was sort of dry and I didn’t like the way all the veggies were mixed in with the rice. It didn’t have much flavor and I had to put a ton of teriyaki sauce on it. Probably would avoid in the future.

Looks mostly to go orders. The food is fresh and healthy. You order on a kiosk to get exactly what you want. You can do sauce on side. Add veggies or hold if you want. Was quick and good.

Ordered takeout tonight, 2/19. I arrived 10 minutes late due to traffic. The order was not ready yet at the mobile pickup spot. So I went over to the register to ask if that is where I pick up takeout. I could see on the digital order screen that our order was ready. I saw our smoothie ready behind the counter. I asked the employee of the order was ready. She was on a personal call, on speakerphone behind the counter. Completely ignored me, despite looking right at me. She was swearing and started crying while on the phone. Eventually decided to do her job and packed up the food that had been sitting there. I had to ask for a straw a couple of times. She handed me a fistful of straws. Complete mess. Food was mediocre.
