Carlos at the Solstice Bar and Grille is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment I sat down, his energy, professionalism, and genuine hospitality stood out. He made fantastic drink recommendations, crafted each cocktail with care, and made the whole experience unforgettable with his charisma and conversation. Whether you’re a regular or a first-time guest, Carlos makes you feel like a VIP. If you’re visiting Solstice, make sure to grab a seat at the bar—Carlos will take care of the rest!

Is take 10 min to order (outside bar staff very slow ) and take 35 min to get just order of loaded fries.

Food taste good

Had a great time at the resort and found all the staff friendly and efficient. The server Joyce was super friendly and her manager, Liam was very welcoming and helpful. Some great, refreshing drinks from the pool bar, and meals brought to you by the pool. I can thoroughly recommend the experience, although only order the pizza if you have a good appetite, as you get your money’s worth!

We always eat here a couple times during our stay. Staff is top notch!

Everything about Solstice Bar and Grille is fantastic. The food is amazing, especially the nachos. Great variety of beer and mixed drinks. The service is exceptional! Everyone who works there is friendly and prompt. They go above and beyond to take care of everyone in your party. We always look forward to eating here! Highly recommend!

Jeremy was friendly, greater server, provided a great - comfortable atmosphere! Favorite bartender in Florida!Maria was fabulous and so accommodating, she was kind, helpful and patient with some of our larger orders!
