I saw one of em with open toe sandals on & not one person wearing gloves it gave me the ick . I work next door and have gone so many times and there hasn’t been one time where I go and they take over 30 min for one or two items mind you I’ve never seen more then one car/customer there at the same time it’s always slow yet the food takes ages to get ,the employees will speak to you on the intercom to wait then you never hear from them again so I go inside and they’re all just there doing nothing wandering around it’s ridiculous and the management allowing all this and not acknowledging reviews should be ashamed the health department needs to check this place asap it’s embarrassing never again you can literally order online way ahead and still get there and wait over 30 min.

If the mozzarella sticks weren't so darn good, I'd stop waiting the 15 minutes it takes to order and receive them. They need to work on their speed, but the food has always been good in my experience.

I had not been to a Sonic probably in over 10 years. This visit was purely out of convenience, but I'm glad I stopped in.
The chili cheese coney dog was PERFECT. I also had a grilled cheese. I've got to say they've stepped their game up on the grilled cheese in recent years. Every time I used to get them, they were never toasted enough. This one was thoroughly toasted on both sides, so no soginess at all to that nice thick Texas toast.
Soft drink was fine (Gotta love that Sonic Ice). The only thing I had a problem with food-wise was the fries. I usually skip fries but I decided to try a value meal today. While seasoned great, they just had that old fryer oil taste. A fresh change of oil in the fryer would make all the difference in the world I believe.
The only other thing I would like to see.. is being able to pay right at the drive up board, rather than having the attendant take your card inside and then come back with it later.
I will be back, although I'll probably skip the fries next time.

The people that work here are so unprofessional and very rude. They told us in the drive thru they would be right with us and we were okay with that, but please tell me how they kept taking the other line when we were there before anyone else except the one that was currently ordering with them. They are pathetic and slow at their job. I am very disappointed and will never be going back to this location or probably another Sonic because they are always slow. I would literally choose any other place but here to go and eat.
