You forgot cheese sticks and they were slow the services was not that great we should get a free meal now
Would give 0 stars if I could. I go to order at the drive thru they said to wait 1 minute.....so I waited 20 minutes even tried to regain contact and was ignored. I pull up to the window they tell me to wait 1 minute. I waited for another 10 minutes and decided to leave. Place is unprofessional

Burger was smothered in sauces, not sure why there’s mayo on it when all I asked for was ketchup and mustard. But they couldn’t even get it in the hamburger but all over the outside of the bun.
Waited 6 minutes in the drive thru and finally called to make sure it was working since no one had even acknowledged us. Waited over 20 minutes for 2 shakes and a chicken sandwich. So much for fast food.
Hey I don’t care who you vote for but this is classless behavior and not something you should be doing. You’re political views don’t have anything to do with my food.

Worst food i ever ate. Burgers where dry as cardboard. Tater tots where pure grease. Just threw everything away. Wasted money
The wait time is too long. Over 30 mins and only three customers wow. Never going back.

The ice creams are amazing, my son loves going to Sonic whenever we are traveling...we will definitely return to the Poinciana headquarters

Cashiers need to learn how to listen and not rush so thier accuracy rate would be higher and so would thier sales , so thier food cost would be lower due to fewer mistakes and wasted products

I sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes at 9:40pm and no one said a word. Not “hold on”, “we’ll be right with you”, nothing. I said hello and still no response. As I pulled off WITHOUT ordering, someone then began to speak. Too late though. This is terrible customer service and was very avoidable. A shame because it’s the only fast food place I’ll go to but I see no reason to continue. That left a bad taste in my mouth.
