I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the service I got. This is my 2nd time here and I rarely come to a coffee shop but I really recommend this place!

Me and my mom go to this Starbucks almost every day we have been going here since the day it opened. But recently the employees have been having an attitude, and when I get my order there’s usually multiple things wrong about it. There are a select amount of employees that have a really bad attitude, I personally thought Starbucks employees are supposed to have a positive attitude with customers. I went one day and ordered 3 different food items and asked for them to be “extra toasted” but when I received my food they were completely cold. I asked the barista if she could warm up one of my food items, and she took it without saying anything and threw it so that they could toast it I told her they were all cold and, she sighed ,and and rolled her eyes and without me telling her anything she asked another barista to make my order all over again. Even though there was a very long line. And when she gave me my food after 5 minutes she gave it in a very large bag and gave me a slight attitude. Personally I think there was no need for the extra stuff she did but whatever. Starbucks please teach your employees to be nicer.

I went to this location and Gigi was the nicest person I’ve ever met. She said hi to my kids and they loved their croissants. Will definitely come back and Gigi deserves a raise, the sweetest person ever!

Our car broke down about a 1/2 mile from here. It is just myself and my four year old daughter. We walked here for some water and A/C while we waited for my husband. The manager on duty at this location heard that we broke down and gave my kind of cranky and very hot, four year old a raccoon cake pop and an apple juice on the house. Thank you so much for your kindness on what has been a really rough Monday!

Second time they get my order wrong, didn’t come back the first time , no time. This time I did drive back. Gasoline is expensive the woman took my other cup back and gave me the correct order. No courtesy whatsoever . Not a good look for starbucks
