They never use splash sticks or hot cup sleeves, I’ve gone here at least 10 times having ordered online. I’ll order 10-15 minutes ahead and my coffee is always cold when I get there. The baristas are never welcoming and my drink is always subpar. This location is down the street from me but I will now be going out of the way to get my coffee.
