I went in to pick up my mobile order at this location which was a mocha frappe. I get there and my drink is ready and it’s a completely different drink. So I show it to the barista named Kat. I tell her that I ordered a mocha frappe with cinnamon powder on top and showed it to her. Mind you that this drink like like some sort for chocolate frappe. She tells me that oh that’s Frappuccino chips and taste the same. I told her that’s not what I ordered. She made a face. She did remake my drink and offered the drink that I didn’t take to another customer. The second time around she made the correct drink. Makes me think that she as giving me a drink that someone else ordered and no longer wanted. At lease have the courtesy to say hey I’m sorry/ my mistake. So rude! Kat, you deserve zero out of 5 star!

Got Starbucks at the Wyndham hotel! They don’t accept cash here at least for today on my stay. There was 1 barista as well.

Went for coffee and egg white, feta and spinach wrap. Got my coffee. They didn't ask if I wanted any creamer in my coffee. Or if I wanted my receipt. Not very friendly staff. But it's ok that's my last time giving them my money. Wrap was good.

Having a Starbuck on site is such a PLUS! Wake up and miss hotel breakfast, no problem. Grab coffee and a breakfast sandwich at Starbucks. It's hot and you want one of those Starbucks, signature cool drinks but there is a long wait line, no problem, use the app and chill at the pool or in the lobby until it's ready! Sleeping in, preorder your Starbuck with the qr code in your room! EVERYONE LOVES STARBUCKS!

I had an average experience here this past weekend. First morning I went down in person and ordered. Second morning I placed my order in the app first (highly convenient and much easier for me for customizations). Both morning the drinks were made correctly. Staff is ok but not really welcoming if you expect that kind of thing. It is very convenient to have it in the hotel. I always think Starbucks is overpriced so cannot give 5 stars but otherwise this location is ok.
