Valentina and Samantha were great this morning. They had a positive attitude, provided excellent customer service, and prepared my drink perfectly

Rude!! I had asked for modification on my drink they told me I couldn’t do that but for three years now I’ve been getting the same thing. THEN they said I can do it my self that’s insane. After she turn around to talk into the mic they all started laughing. They couldn’t make it more obvious. I was really disappointed and didn’t even bother to help.

HORRIBLE STARBUCKS. Why is the music so loud? Do you want the AT&T next door to hear it? Because i can hear it over my noise cancelling headphones. I asked them to turn it down because the music was shaking my table and they did but then proceeded to talk LOUDER THAN THE MUSIC THAT WAS PLAYING BEFORE. The one barista black girl with short hair SCREAMED bye to her friend like 7 times. The other barista that’s a short man with a beard who laughs like the inflatable screaming chicken EVERY 1 MINUTE. I was here for almost 4 hours trying to study. This is the worst Starbucks EVER. NEVER GO HERE TO STUDY. I was on focus meds and STILL COULDNT FOCUS OVER THE INCONSIDERATE BARISTAS. What happened to Starbucks? Used to be a nice place to chill and study now their policy is all over the place. Let’s play club music, let’s have the baristas break the literal sound barrier. Let’s DO WHATEVER WE WANT. I wanted to physically rip the hair out of my head because of the frustration the people that this worthless and overcharged company decided to hire.

I love this Starbucks location because of the people that work there and the excellent service I receive. I get treated with so much kindness, care, happiness every time I visit and I go very often. There customer service, atmosphere and coffee is always 5 stars for me.
Gaby has always been so sweet, caring, goes above and beyond, takes time to say hello to me and always has a smile. She is amazing.
Lamisha is so kind, sweet and is always happy to see me. She is pure joy.
Valentina is so nice and sweet. Makes my coffee order so good.
Luis is the best, so nice, polite and always happy.
Everyone is wonderful. Thank you everyone for the excellent service. You are Family.

I really want to give a shoutout to gaby. She always makes my drinks perfect and knows exactly how I like them. She’s super sweet, really attentive, and our little conversations always make my day.
The vibe here is always cozy and chill its perfect right now with the cold weather, and she definitely makes the place feel even more welcoming for me . Every time I come in, it’s just a good experience overall. She for sure deserves some recognition!

I don’t usually write reviews but this experience deserved the one star. My husband is active duty military and absolutely HATES going anywhere and asking for their Veteran’s Day promos. He’s not the type to advertise his service or expect freebies. He went to this location today and decided to get the free coffee for Veteran’s Day. The male employee rolled his eyes, spoke condescendingly, was rude the entire interaction, and charged him $3 for the advertised free hot coffee. (No extras, no specials. Just the hot coffee). He had plans to go have a Veteran’s Day lunch this afternoon and after this experience he canceled those plans because of how embarrassed this employee made him feel for asking for what was advertised. Your employee should do better. Whatever his personal opinions are on the promo or the military shouldn’t have presented in that interaction and my husband shouldn’t have walked out feeling humiliated over a free hot coffee. The $3 is irrelevant. He paid it AND tipped the guy. This review is about how your employee made my husband feel and that is why it got a one star.

The location is so warm and welcoming always so clean indoor and outdoor
Everybody that works there is amazing with beautiful spirits to enlighten your day
But there is one specific person that stands out of the crowd and her name is Samantha
She is always with a smile on her face
And she knows my order off hand
Totally makes my day 🙂

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Fall Visit at Starbucks – The Loop 🍁
Stopped by this Starbucks at The Loop for a fall drink run and had one of the best experiences we’ve had in a while! The Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew was perfectly balanced — smooth, flavorful, and full of that cozy autumn sweetness. It honestly tasted better than ever!
We also grabbed a pumpkin muffin, which came out warm and fresh — a great pairing. Service was quick, friendly, and professional. The barista who helped us made the experience feel personal and welcoming, which really stood out.
Everything from the flavor to the service was top-notch. Quick, easy, and absolutely delicious. Definitely one of our favorite Starbucks visits and we’ll be back soon for another pumpkin treat! 🎃☕️

Pick up service is horrible here. They will have you waiting for an order that is already ready due to failure of attending to a customers that is at the counter waiting.

I never really write reviews but had to with this situation. I ordered an iced coffee online to pickup through the driveway mindful I did this at 12:49 pm and it stated that it would be ready by 12:57 pm. There was already a big line to wait for the drive thru and by the time I came up to where they take orders it was 12:58 pm already which is past the time it said my order would be ready. I pull up to the window after stating I had a pick up order by 1:03 pm , the lady with red hair I believe working at the drive thru window advised me “ to be courteous the next time and to be there by the time my order told me” with such a rude attitude. I was annoyed on what I was told knowing I was at the drive through AFTER my pick up time and especially how it was said to me. Good coffee but horrible service.
