How is possible that i ask for a over drink and this comes just full of ice and a few drink, that finish in two drinks

Worst customer service at Starbucks!!! There are 2 girls specifically that are extremely RUDE, they are mostly at the cashier(the worst one is always with a hat on and has flower earrings and the other has black and curly hair). I have seen them constantly mistreating the customers. Super super rude, always in a mood. To be honest, I am surprised that none has taken action about this. The level of unprofessionalism is just beyond ridiculous. Someone should fired them before the scare all the customers away.

Verrrry rude
This is the account I review buisiness with my service dog in training, Barbie. We had to stop by quick on a run and Barbie was not vested. This is not a legal requirement and the staff still acted amazing! Thank you!
Good coffee
Definitely my favorite Starbucks! They are accurate 90% of the time and are usually very fast. I have had a few bad employees here and there but most of them have been absolutely fantastic! Allen is by far my favorite, always says hello, smiles, and makes my drinks perfect.
