We went in via the drive thru. It was quick and convenient. The staff member was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. We just needed a quick pick me up during some Christmas shopping in Orlando.

Got my bakery items cold even though it was asked for it to be warmed up. Very poor service.

Dudes, there is something seriously wrong with your espresso machines. Espresso drinks taste like all milk, no coffee. This has been a problem for at least 2 weeks. Been there so many times. People are great but the coffee is horrible now!

I sprinted into this Starbucks desperately needing the rr however it’s for “paying customers” the staff noticed my urgency and let me use the restroom before I got my drink. It was super kind and the drink was delicious too. Another reason why Starbucks is top tier (the amazing employees)

Charles, Linesha, Metty always greet me with a smile and correct mistakes from others when I order and they mess up my famous drink lol!! I want to shout them out because mo matter how many times I hold someone accountable, they always correct it and care about it my experience!! Thank you all!! Amazing cx service!!!

I had the kindest, sweetest, most welcoming barista/cashier at the drive thru i think her name was Jaelyn. My drink is yummy and she was the sweetest person EVER!

Wish I was still in Kissimmee , the Starbucks at Hwy 535 & N. Poinciana Blvd made my holiday one to remember . Been plenty times to other Starbucks but this one really was great . The staff were friendly , helpful and went out of their way to deliver . Went every morning about 6 am , first week was a venti cappuccino and a venti caramel frappuccino made to perfection . Stood outside and watched the traffic on the 535 while I drank the cappuccino then drove were I wanted while drinking the frapp . The girls serving really were so pleasant they asked about Scotland and were really fun , one drove a Mazda so got on great with her as I also have one . Prices and range of items were fantastic compared to what you are offered in Scotland ,so bad i don't visit Scottish Starbucks . Thank you all for making my holiday memorable , looked forward every night to get back and get my caffine fix

I don’t know who’s training but this is the second time my cold brews look like frappés - get it together. Look at the pictures and see if they match up!!!! My pics of the pumpkin and chocolate cream cold brews 🤷🏼‍♀️

Some Starbucks are just okay, but this one is actually really good. They take a little while to make the drinks, but they come out amazing. Definitely worth coming here instead of other Starbucks. Everyone is super nice too!
