i get starbucks everyday and everywhere i go and this is up there with the worst. idk if she didn’t understand my husband or what but the pumpkin spice cold brew tasted literally like vanilla cold brew with pumpkin spice sprinkled on top. Then the breakfast sandwich was suppose to be a bacon, egg and it has the tiniest piece of bacon i’ve ever seen. It’s too expensive to be disappointed. Train better.

I got an iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with brown sugar cold foam, this is my go to drink. Unfortunately the cold foam was very runny and not thickened enough, and the normal cinnamon added on top wasn’t there. Disappointing but I hope this helps if someone if training.

This is the best Starbucks I’ve been in a long time. The barista was quick and friendly. I don’t have to wait long for my drink or egg bites. As far as I can see, they are staffed the same as most Starbucks, just better trained and more efficient. Store is clean. They had great merchandise options. Variety of cups, most Starbucks have a low inventory. I came back to the Starbucks three days in a row. The service was great each time showing consistency.

This is the first time my family and I have had a bad experience at Starbucks. The girl who took our order is the most unfriendly person we have ever encountered. She took our order in a very bad way and then the coffees we ordered, 2 of which did not have the cream we had asked for and the flavor of the coffee is not the one Starbucks usually offers. It was a really bad experience. They should not have people like that serving the public.

The person taking our order was nice. but after that, the workers were so incompetent and lazy. I just asked for a frappe and they gave me an entirely different drink. Then when they remade the drink, they barely filled the cup (im not paying for that😹). When they remade the drink (yet again), they never washed the blenders they used and gave me the cup DIRTY😭 hell nah never been to a starbucks like that🙏 got my money back
