This is the first time my family and I have had a bad experience at Starbucks. The girl who took our order is the most unfriendly person we have ever encountered. She took our order in a very bad way and then the coffees we ordered, 2 of which did not have the cream we had asked for and the flavor of the coffee is not the one Starbucks usually offers. It was a really bad experience. They should not have people like that serving the public.

The person taking our order was nice. but after that, the workers were so incompetent and lazy. I just asked for a frappe and they gave me an entirely different drink. Then when they remade the drink, they barely filled the cup (im not paying for that😹). When they remade the drink (yet again), they never washed the blenders they used and gave me the cup DIRTY😭 hell nah never been to a starbucks like that🙏 got my money back

We are from Texas and my husband went to get me coffee while we got ready for Disney at the Airbnb . The closest one was in target. My husband said there were only two other girls in line . And the barista was training and was being rude to the new employee. And was definitely showing her frustration. Well it showed in her work . My coffee was suppose to have two shots of expresso . And it literally tastes like it only has milk and foam . There is definitely no coffee in this drink what so ever!! What a waste of time !!
