Michael was absurdly rude to me and my girlfriend both. I had specifically asked for a cooler temperature on my coffee when I ordered, but when Michael handed it to me it was full and very, very hot. So I asked if he could pour out some of the coffee and give me some ice (he had a sink right in front of him). He started actually *yelling* through his mask \"Sir, you can't hand me things over the bar!\" I didn't hand him anything over the bar, the coffee cup was still sitting where he left it. I said \"This isn't drinkable, it's way too hot for me. Can you please pour some of it out and give me some ice or something?\" He yelled out again the same thing and said \"Can I ask you to please move away from the bar?\" I said \"You can ask, but you need to fix this drink I just paid for first.\" He sighed out loud and gave me a small cup of ice. Of course, since he refused to pour out some of my coffee (which was to the brim), coffee overflowed onto the whole countertop. Another person behind me had gotten some creamer for her coffee and asked him to please pour out some of hers so she could pour in the creamer (because hers was also too hot and too full) and he yelled at her as well about handing him things over the counter (??). At that point I said to him \"Sir, you should find another job.\" and he looked at me like he actually wanted to kill me.

Forgot part of our order. Waited 20 minutes after getting our drinks. Half the party was done before the order was complete. Realized later that a dairy free drink was made incorrectly leading to throwing up and ruining the rest of the day for one of our party. Probably won’t return to this location. Wasn’t planning on it in the first place but it was the emergency backup upon discovering the food cart next door no longer served pastries

Ate outside on a nice day. Sandwich was pricey (typical Disney) but good. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. A good alternative for lunch.

Great using the app at MCO Airport - ordered while at my gate and by the time I walked down the terminal to the commons, my Irish Creme Cold Brew was ready!

The biggest starbucks I've been in. Love how they have 2 seperate lines to keep the lines moving and help with the wait times. This place was very busy, props to the workers and their kindness with all the customers that day. Everyone was very friendly. Very impressed with this location.

They don't carry egg bites at this location. They did have a gluten free bagel option though

We ordered ours ahead, seems like it's a bit more expensive than California. But oh well. My sister enjoyed her drink and mine is pretty good too. Just needed something warm for my throat. You can tell this place is definitely the place to go with the line lol. But since we ordered ahead we skipped it :D but overall the drinks were good and I will definitely be coming back here again

Normal Starbucks prices in an inflated Disney kingdom. 5 bucks for a 16oz bottle of coke or 5 bucks for a hand crafted artisan Starbucks beverage. You decide.
The person who gave me the food/drinks (Shelby) was being rude for no reason. First, they spelled my name wrong, okay, no problem but I wasn’t sure if I should take anything because what if it wasn’t mine… She was like “Did you order so and so?” I said yes but that’s not my name so I’m not sure, and she said something like “Well, if you ordered it, it’s yours”, so I took the food. She called a different name and she basically made me take those drinks even tho I said that wasn’t my name (it was a different name from the first time), some guy went up to me and told me those were his and I gave then to him. Overall, it was an awful experience. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to have a worse experience at the park.

We actually stopped going to Starbucks. The coffee and other coffee based drinks have been bitter tasting. We buy mail-order Gimmie! Coffee from New York now and make it at home
