The gingerbread chai had no chai taste after asking for extra chia and was way too watery . The sugar plum danish for $6.00 is rip off it had no flavor and I don’t recommend it. Even if it’s a hoilday item .

I absolutely love coming to this Starbucks! The manager, Wilfredo, is outstanding. He consistently goes above and beyond for both customers and his team. He leads by example, and it really shows. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and positive, even when he’s not there, which speaks volumes about the environment he’s created.
The energy in this store is always top-notch and welcoming. Big shoutout to Elise for making the best chai latte I’ve ever had! The level of care and customer service from both Wilfredo and Elise truly enhances the experience and builds a strong, lasting connection with customers.

We went thru the drive thru and my husband was placing an order. The manager was the one taking our order. He was so gracious and showed the best customer service we have seen in a long time while at a drive thru location. We need more upbeat and professional people like him out in the world! The employee at the window was also super courteous and polite! Sorry I did not catch their names, but if they see this today they will know who it was. We were there around 3pm. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
