They messed up my order. I removed the top and noticed they missed my whipped cream, shortened my drink by 1/3 of my cup, and forgot my caramel. Nope, never again at this location. Waste of $ and gives the brand a bad name. 👎

Whenever I visit this place Staff are always courteous and service is great! Atmosphere is great and pleasant if someone wants to meet and work for sometime with nice Breakfast and Coffee ☕️

Recently Ive become a regular at this Starbucks, typically i come in mornings before my job the morning crew consists of a wonderful team of ladies I tend to mobile order so the barista i know best is Ariana and WOW is she one of a kind she brings a positive environment and i love how comfortably she speaks and communicates with her team! Not only that but sometimes there’s a line of guest waiting to talk to her she has such wonderful energy it’s easy to get lost in conversation with her she even remembers guest by name! And you may think this warrants a 5 star review but the reason im forced to write this is due to a recent visit, the day i walked in and the energy was completely off i know most of the morning crew by now but there was a woman i haven’t met she was wearing a flanneled shirt had a head band and her hair was carelessly thrown into a messy bun, she wasn’t wearing any thing not a name tag a Starbucks hat or apron one would assume she just walked behind the counter and started running up and down the line, she presented her self very poorly honestly i was worried about her serving food due to the clear poor hygiene and overall she was unwelcoming you could see certain employees overwhelmed and several guest waiting in line she ignored all these factors to do what? Seemingly nothing I suggest this location reexamines who they have representing there company before she drives away buisness!

This Starbucks has always had an amazing atmosphere and an excellent team that will always go the extra mile for their customers. But today I wanna talk more about Ariana. She is amazing, top notch work and fast, always on point with my order EVEN BEFORE I ORDER IT!!! 🖤 She is A-MA-ZING! I felt welcomed, I felt comfortable being here and even felt great just being there. I would feel like crap, and I have, and they just made me feel OK again. Thank you Ariana and the whole team. You guys are great!

Worst experience and service ever encountered. I was handed coffee and spilled on me blouse and burned my hand a little. Understood stuff happens. But the associate said will get wipes but no damn apologie.. no replacement or refund offered. I was so angry and then the associate said sorry and will contact manager because they have had problems with the cups...

How no refund.. no replacement and manager never came.

Really doubt they even contacted management..

Swung by the Starbucks drive-thru on East Irlo Bronson. It was busy, but the line moved quickly. The staff was super friendly, and the iced Pumpkin Foam Chai Latte was absolutely delicious—my favorite!

This is six time I have been to this establishment today the service was poor. The young ladies was not happy at all cause I asked for a cup holder then I kindly ask for two stoppers for my coffees she actually said ugh the one making the coffee look like she needed a shot of expresso to get her going. If you don't like your job or dealing with people don't work in the food industry. I was kind and courteous too both of you no need to 👁️ roll and catch a attitude it's in poor taste for what you supposed to represent. We all have issues don't bring it there. I won't be back . You two needed the coffees more than me. Young ladies take pride in what you do. If you don't like your job. Get something you enjoy the eye rolling keep it too yourself cause I can roll with the best of that. I just decided it was not worth it. This morning

I ordered a caramel ribbon Frappuccino and it was honestly the worst I ever tasted and I've had hundreds. It tasted like pure crushed ice, barely any caramel and no crunch at all.I'm here in Kissimmee on vacation so it was my 1st time in that Starbucks. The young lady who took my order was very pleasant though but sadly I will never visit that location again. I bought one for myself and another for my granddaughter and we both threw the drinks away after a few sips because it was too horrible to drink. I was disappointed.
