Food took 30 minutes and they gave my shakes to someone else. Then when I asked them about it, they said that I was wrong and the other guy showed them a receipt. I talked to the guy while waiting for them to give me my replacements and he said he didn’t show them a receipt. Food was good though.

Wow is all I have to say. Service amazing. Food outstanding. Double garlic butter burger is unreal. Andre and Antony are awesome among all the other staff as well. Always coming back here. Food hot. Best fast food in the area. By far.
Two nights ago my husband went to get food. When he brought to me (chili spaghetti) the smell it had wasn’t good at all the pasta smelled like it went bad. Almost like it was fermenting. I was Annabelle disgusted and disappointed because I never had a bad experience until now. It was late at night but if the food was bad why send out to people then and have them waste their money.?That’s crazy to me.

Where do I begin, Steak ‘n Shake should just close up! The new emotionless system with machines doing the order, the drink machine barcode system the employees who already don’t wanna talk to you and they have the nerve to flash a tip option on the screen. For the first time in a long time, I went to steak and shake.Had no idea that everything was computerized and as a disabled person A senior at that and with an adult that's also disabled to have no one in the facility. Help you with anything was unbelievabliverpool. We'd like the waitresses back so like that. I didn't only have the order. But I also have to get app from my seat and go pick up the food. Very disappointing.

Order online shakes, upon me arriving No one asked if i needed help, I saw the sign for pick up orders and nothing was there i saw this young man and asked him about my order and he went to the back and got it. By the time I went to the car and started to drink my shake it was watery. Not the usually consistency.
