Fabian and Rachel and Julian are really good staff. They help me pick out a sandwich and recommended the BMT. Best sandwich I ever had the place is also really clean. The staff are funny I love them .

Every time I had to eat at this Subway located inside HCA Florida Osceola Hospital, the service was extremely poor. The associates are careless, unfriendly, and show no interest in helping customers. Even if you are standing there waiting, they continue with their own tasks as if assisting you were an inconvenience. Being in a hospital, where many of us are under stress and have limited time to eat, the least one expects is respectful and humane service. Unfortunately, this location does not provide that. I truly hope they improve their customer service, because the environment and the people who come here deserve much better.

This new guy works slow and I never really leave a review but it’s been 5 of us standing here for 15 minutes and there’s just no one here. Like who’s the manager for this subway in HCA where you can just leave the subway. I’d be wrong if I just hopped over and start making my own sandwich

The manager , Ryan Masterson, was completely unprofessional and abusive to his employees while we were trying to order our food. He standed at the register the whole time looking at it. Later he mentioned it was inventory time. He complained how his employees kept him there 3 hours too late and he should be home. He kept yelling at the new guy. I could tell the new guys nerves where so strung out but he always kept and smile and apologizing to the customers.
At one point my daughter wanted onions in her wrap. There were out in the line. The new guy check behind him under the counter and there wasn’t any. The manager yelled at him and said there should be there because he cut everything this morning. The onions were not there. The employee started to go in the back to get them and the manager stopped him and said no I’ll get them because no body wants him to go home anyway.
So we waited …. The manager stood there at the register for at least 3-4 min before he went to the back to get the onions…. While we stood right in front of him waiting. Unbelievable!!!!! The rudest and most unprofessional person I have met in a long time. He needs to be fired and the other employees need a raise for putting up with him.

At 3:33 I went too the counter where 2 stall were complaining about their boss. I started to order and was told they were closed for 20 minutes to restock. For the next 10 minutes they complained about their boss and gave a walk up guy a free refill. At 3:52 they started serving. Very unprofessional staff.
