Seems that this location has had bad reviews for years and nothing is done to fix it. High turnover rate. I almost see someone new every month. They are overworked. They close when they want to close. Many hospital workers rely on this location for our lunch. They close early almost every time I want to come. I have resorted to ordering online. Even after I placed my order I walked by and the employee was already half way through putting everything away. My order was placed around 9:20pm and he didn’t see it before closing up. So I had to remind him to check the online orders because he didn’t see mine. Thankfully he took some stuff back out to complete my order and I was able to eat. Another employee bursted into tears after a nurse was questioning why they were closing early(30 min early). They never have lettuce towards the end of their shift. This is a terrible location and managed very poorly. The hospital should shut them down and bring in something else. I’d take Jimmy John’s over Subway.

Edit: changed from my 1 star review. they have gotten better and my favorite employee is Steven. Always kind and friendly despite how busy he is. He definitely turned the place around and deserves a raise!

I went to buy some bread with tuna. And the white man. I told him mall pan con atún and he used racism with me because he said he didn't understand what I wanted. Did it look like he didn't want to work or was he stressed or did he talk bad to me?

Closed 30 minutes early refused to serve me. I was trying to buy my husband who just got out a surgery a sandwich since it’s the only thing open here.

I am a little disappointed that this is the second time I have come to the place to consume and the hours say that at 9am they are open and they are never ready at 9am, today it is 10:19 am and they are not open yet, they should change the store hours so that they can begin their preparations before opening hours begin. The service was good the first time, but I think it is an exaggeration to not be prepared yet.

I'm a patient from HCA Florida Osceola Hospital. One of the nurses had to get my food.I could give less than one star or nothing at all. I ordered something online and they sent something completely different an cheaper than what I ordered. When the nurse claimed they just gave the wrong order. This Subway has a high volume of people consistently due the location As a result, the pizza was raw inside. The middle of it was completely frozen. The same person who prepared the food, took the cash at the register which is unsanitary. I was disappointed with this location after going to other locations.

Everyday they choose a what time they want to open.Today are two employees there but @0939 they still telling ti the costumers that they are close until 10. On the web site say they are supposed to open @0900
