In short, it is the worst subway that exists on the planet! The older lady who serves is very rude, she is classist or racist, she can't stand it if you speak English badly and she doesn't consider me to speak badly... the lady shouldn't be in customer service! I was waiting for almost 35 minutes for her to serve some Walmart employees, with whom I was having a very rude treatment! And before that, she treated a young woman who was using coupons badly! She should be fired! That lady treated everyone I saw badly! I will never buy here again! It's always the same!

Very bad treatment, the manager is rude. When coupons are going to be used, they reject them. Anyway, don't buy in that place... I discriminate against myself for being Latina

The food is on par with other Subway's. However, the employees are not trained in hygiene or food safety. They go from food prep, to cash register, to emptying the garbage and back to food prep, all without changing their plastic gloves. The male employees do not wear hair nets over their beards.

I want to make a complaint about one of your cashiers, her name is Chrissie. I went to ask for napkins and she yelled at me. She also treated us pretty badly. But the Latina girl did serve us super well, as did the other guy with glasses the other day I went.

Ok if Johnathan and lizz are working you're in luck! I've left reviews for subway in the past thar were not good but these 2 are absolutely way above the standard employees of subway. From start to finish i enjoyed myself. The food was beyond perfect. Thank you both

Extremely rude worker here, i got tapped in the shoulder and scream at and kick out cause lady had mop the floor and i sat down on a table and was minding my own business were she had Mop the floor, completely Unnecessary to yell at me and cause a scene in-front of other customers.

We were there for a late dinner and grabbed one the few empty tables there.. this old lady who works there came up literally hissing at me saying we are not supposed to sit there and didn’t we see the gate that was put up?? The “gate” was a table that was pushed a little of its place. It was an honest mistake and she acted like I stole her food or something. Terrible experience especially in front of my little kids who kept asking why the lady was so rude. There’s always a polite way to say things and we would’ve gladly moved.

Lady at the counter insisted we needed to stand in a specific place to order, there was no other customers, we didn't want a sandwich but she was on some power trip to get us to stand 1 metre down the counter before ordering. I thought the US had superior customer service but didn't get to experience any of that and it didn't help that the food was revolting.

Well l have several complaints 1st off the small white lady in the front that sits on the white stool in front of the register was talking bad about a customer to another male employee who ask her for the price of an item and she told her can’t you read the sign in the beginning of the line, how rude what about if the customer doesn’t know how to read, what about if the customer doesn’t understand the pricing the proper way to handle this is to help the customer who is paying not be rude and tell her the sign is in the front, 2nd all the employees of Walmart taking up all the seating hanging out on their break eating their own lunch from somewhere else and the Subway paying customer have nowhere to sit, Mind you doesn’t Walmart have a break room for their employees but they all want to be hanging out laughing having a good time at the Subway eating area meanwhile the paying customers have to eat standing up really poor management on Subway part last time l eat their !!
Chrissy made a fire wrap for me. Staff was very energetic, and made our food in a timely manner. As far as subways go, this one was the best one I have ever been too.

This place is great! I always receive fast service, and the quality of the ingredients is always fresh. It’s also close to home. Even though, it’s inside a Walmart, it’s never packed. Thankyou for the delish sandwiches! By the way, the lemonade slaps! ?

The person attending the store accused me of stealing soda when I served myself a simple cup of water. I don’t even drink soda! She was so rude and when I tried to explain, she victimized herself. Will never go back!
