People who work here are not thinking about a vegetarian person using same cloves for meat and vegetables is so disgusting, it’s so hard for a vegetarian person who doesn’t have any options just one and that to you cross contamination that’s so gross. Please look into it

The lady yelled at my kids and made them cry. Literally started my vacation with my kids traumatized that they were playing in her store. Honestly I’m typically one to get on my kids but she was having a bad day and took it out on my kids while I was ordering. Would not be back.

Customer service is horrible the worker had a tone and I got hunged up on after not receiving food they just took the money.
We got the food by there app but the worker continued to say they don’t deliver but yet have “delivery” option on the main website and subway website they were no help and vary disrespectful

Ordered a delivery and never had an issue but tonight my food was ice cold soaked not toasted asked for pepper jack cheese but I got American cheese which I don’t eat at all. The sandwich went to the garbage for sure because I couldn’t eat it and it will not be toasted or heated since it was soggy and has veggies on it. To be honest I’m so disappointed. Maybe some coaching for the night crew will work and get better at preparing food correctly and pay attention To the orders and read it better.

Very poor service and unorganized. The short lady with dark hair was very rude and was acting like she was In a hurry the entire time we were ordering when we were literally the only people in line. We ordered pizza and all of them had toppings that were added in after the pizzas were baked. She asked multiple times what types of pizzas we wanted and she was still confused. And the manager was bought in to clarify how the pizzas were supposed to be prepared and he had no clue either. This store needs serious training. Because none of them who were there had the slightest idea.

The man working at the register on 06/20/25 @ 2 pm is wonderful. Great customer service. Usually when I go to subway they look they don’t want to work there but he had a great attitude. Man who made my sandwhich (different man) was nice, was not as nice though. Food was hot and fresh almost burnt my tounge haha. Overall nice and rare experience for a subway.

We had the worst experience today at this subway. The short old white lady dare to tell my friend to stop barking just because she was trying to ask a question and clear up a misunderstanding about the meal that we were actually trying to order for us and our children. She said it over and over with a racist attitude. This was totally unacceptable especially in front of our kids such a racist behavior. She needs to be kept in the back and cannot not be allowed to deal with customers.
