Subway

Ordered online and the person made a massive mistakes on my order (which happens!) so I went and politely explained what was wrong with my order. But the lady at the counter named Jammie! started saying that it was my order and that nothing was wrong with it! It then pointed out the key complaints I had with the sub (had cucumbers, tomatoes, spinach and the bread was not toasted on it!) and then she finally (after minutes of arguing) remade the sandwich. The when she finally gave me the sandwich it was the same sandwich she just had made… I then got upset again and told her it was the same exact sandwich she had just made! She than started to yell at me saying it was the correct order which it wasn’t… horrible service from Jammie and I hated that sandwich!

The worst subway ever! They don't make your food if you order over door dash. They will make you wait forever and still don't make the order. If you call to figure out why or what happened they hang up on you and cancel your order after 2 hours of waiting.

WOW! Best and friendliest service ever by Jamie. She knows her customers and strives to offer a 5 star experience ... and she succeeds. Everything was fresh and delicious, and Jamie just made the whole experience better.

I work at a hospital and I placed my order online so I can pick up my sandwich and go work. I came to the store and the store was busy with only one employee working and my order was done incorrectly and I had to wait another 15 mins to get my sandwich so ended up being late for work. Really bad experience and I won’t use that location anymore!!!!

Online orders often rejected by store employees, they don’t close at 11pm I ordered online by 10pm and went to store 10:30 store closed and my order was rejected again.
