I work at a hospital and I placed my order online so I can pick up my sandwich and go work. I came to the store and the store was busy with only one employee working and my order was done incorrectly and I had to wait another 15 mins to get my sandwich so ended up being late for work. Really bad experience and I won’t use that location anymore!!!!

Online orders often rejected by store employees, they don’t close at 11pm I ordered online by 10pm and went to store 10:30 store closed and my order was rejected again.

I only wanted to say don’t go there very unfriendly, lady has big attitude problem, not welcoming, vibes were not good at all, they were out of almost everything. If u ask for extra even u already selected extra , she will only give u what she wants to give u. Worst subway ever in my entire life.👊🏻

I’m visiting Florida and came to this subway, I always go to subway in my hometown and get the same exact sandwich every time it’s a thing for me- The vibe was off here, the man did not greet me and stared at me like I was stupid instead of saying go ahead and order or what would you like? Just stared in silence. He had me tell him my entire order before even getting my sandwich out of the toaster which was fine but also came across as rude. They did not have olives, and he had an attitude like he hated being there. The entire veggie area was a complete mess and all over the place. Upon checking out I did not plan to tip and somehow it was added anyways when I tapped my card. He put WAY too much salt on my sandwich. By far the worst subway location and most unfriendly service I have ever received at a subway.

I visited this Subway today because it’s the closest one to the parks, but unfortunately, my experience was really disappointing. As soon as I walked in, the vibe felt off. The lady working there seemed like she was in a bad mood and didn’t acknowledge me in a friendly way.

When I went to order, she already had my sandwich out but then walked away to do something else, leaving me waiting. When I asked for onions on my sandwich, she cut them with her hands,. I politely asked for more, and she told me she could only give me six onions—yes, six. I told her I’d never had that issue at any other Subway before, and she claimed it was Subway’s rule.

I’m not the type of person to leave bad reviews, but this location really left a bad impression. The service was unfriendly, and the way things were handled was just not okay. I won’t be coming back.

Barely they said hello to me. The guy under the service area was more focused in her phone.

Very slow service with only 2 servers - my food was ready and toasted but left cooling down in front of my eyes while the next guy in line was serving someone else, then slowly put his gloves on, before he finally wrapped my sandwich. No smile, no friendly atmosphere, he even asked me to give him a nickel instead of the few cents I handed him- the amount was the same but somehow a few cents were not good enough. Wouldn’t go back.
