The store was little bit dirty. Empty shelves and not following closely to refill. And I got sick after eating lunch.

Very unfriendly service. Answered polite questions very rudely. And that was just after 10 when it opened. I don't understand how someone like that can work in service. Our subs also had no sauce. And hardly any vegetarian options. Would never order here again!

Bread hard as a rock, why do you sell old bread? I ended up throwing it away thanks subway.

Where is the 7 star button. If I could give 7 stars once in my life, it would be for THIS subway. We drive 13 miles from the Four Corners area just for their RED tomatoes.

I ordered online and the order is all messed up! Onion that I didn't ask for ,no double meat or cheese that should have been on the series sub that was ordered. My husband ordered the garlic roast beef with extra mayo and it didn't have any mayo or the garlic spread. Very disappointed with this. Staff needs to be retrained. Will not return to this location.

What a pleasant and welcoming change this Celebration branch is from the barrage of sarcasm and hate I received from the 2927 Vineland Rd Subway branch.

The young chap here today was polite and helpful and everything the Vineland ginger witch is not.

I will drive the extra 10 minutes for a subway than visit that ghastly Vineland branch.

Well done young man for restoring faith in customer service.

The worst thing is how he serves customers, the guy didn't let my wife sit down because he thought they weren't going to turn off the food. It's terrible, they thought they'd change staff day 07/08/2024 time 4:50 pm

every time I come here and order the bread I get is always stale and never fresh, they put the minimum amount of anything I ask on the sandwich so I’m always asking for more and on top of that I tried the footling churro and guess what, it was stale. This is the most mediocre subway I’ve ever ordered from.

THERE WERE ROACHES. In the bread!! I was waiting in line and looking around. As i was taking a look at the bread i saw a roach. I started looking closer and saw a few more and got disgusted and left. I would give this a 0 if i could because the subway worker was also hiding the meats, possibly because they had an infestation. Don’t go here unless you like roaches.

Pulled up at 1030 and guy didn’t want to make my family sandwiches he said it was late and he wanted to get out early!!!! So my family and I couldn’t eat subway

This place has terrible reviews, but I’ll be honest everytime I’ve been to this location the food has been great. Workers are always nice and fast & accurate at making online orders for pickup, which I personally appreciate. Honestly have no faults, the place is also always clean too.

The food was good! But didn’t like the service at all! Once we walked in the gentleman at the counter yells “we only accept cash” there was no saying state card machine down. BUT when other customers that are non Hispanic comes all of sudden the credit card reader is working!!! Yea
You need to go back and educate your employees on customer service and ethnicity. I worked on the restaurant industry over 10+ years bad service. That’s all I’m gonna say.
