Ordered 30 mins ahead but still the order was not ready at pickup. App status was showing ready.

Horrible experience. $23 for two subs and a bag of chips. Bread hard, manager didn’t care, he moved so slow and no sense of urgency. He left the trainee by himself. Lisa durst the manager who I emailed could not give me the time of day. Very bad experience overall. Still waiting for a resolution and it’s been a week.

Placed a mobile order on the app and received three sandwiches without meat and no sauces. None of the customizations were honored and each sandwich was dry and tasteless. Just tasted like raw onion and lettuce. I specifically ordered three Subway Series sandwiches and all were missing the double cheese. What a scam.

And to add, the owner thought we were stealing the order despite us calling to make sure the order was ready in advance AND showing my name on the app.

They don’t except EBT I felt so bad for the people in front of me when so many subways except it only to find the one that doesn’t

I waited patiently in line and then the girl told me that she was going to help the customer behind me first. LOL I said hell nah and walked out.

You all close at 11 got there before 11 1040 and was told by the young gentleman in there that you guys are closed and only letting people for pick up orders pick up. I visit this location pretty often and never have been told at 10:40 we’re close we’re only allowing people to pick up their orders. If you guys are going to close at 10:40 at least put a sign or update your hours of operation.

The owner should be ashamed of his self! I live right near this sub shop and I like subway but this shop sucks EVERYTIME!!! There needs to be 2 employees on at all times. Everything I'm there people walk out because the wait is so long. And if the owner paid his employees more you could get way better employees. And the bathrooms are descusting everytime. And don't get me started on how low quality and nasty the veggies are!!!

Rude employees I order here pretty frequently and place our order for pick up through the app it never fails when I get there to pick it up they never even started the order and are rude when u ask about it tonight the woman on shift proceeded to take care of all the guests in the store befor even starting our order that mind you we placed an hour before arrival and the proceeded to tell me that they have priority mobile is a paying guest in all actuality the order should have been completed when placed
