Sunday visit and employee is extremely inattentive and on her phone forever when people walk in

Bread extremely stale.
Ingredients poorly proportional.
Barely toasted the sandwich and stopped it after a few seconds

Subway customer for many many years, extremely disappointed with this location

Melissa Maldonado deserves a raise! Melissa was alone and was handling both in person and mobile orders. Melissa was patient and very friendly. I hope Melissa gets the recognition she deserves.

It is your average subway. Decent amount of seating. Bonus points for taking our online order late and allowing us to edit in person.

Employee disregards incoming customers. Many people walking out because according to her she has to finish online orders first. This is ridiculous leaving one employee alone.

Waiting for over 15 minutes to pick up an order. And the store was empty. What poor service.

If you make a online order you will wait an eternity, twice I made online orders and paid for it only to arrive and be told that walk in customers and delivery orders are the priority

Ordered on the subway app and that was probably a mistake when you cannot watch them make your sandwiches. Missed items on the sandwich that was ordered on app. Weak on the meat, sauces and vegetables. Not worth the $10.99 per sandwich at least at this location. Will not return to this location and hoping for a refund or credit on subway app.

This Subway is ABOVE all Subways I have ever seen in my years of life. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. My sandwich maker Ryan was absolutely professional and courteous. I had to stop and tell the Manager, the District Manager and all the supporting Managers that they "ALL" are deserving of a personal compliment from me. This place was so clean that I was looking for anything that may look out of place to say "they missed this area", but no avail. The General Manager should definitely take a bow. Old school works.."if you got time to lean, you got time to clean". Keep it up Team Subway on Vine! Kalvin McDaniel
