I guess everyone has different opinions and reviews for this Subway 🤷 🙄 went in this afternoon 11th December 2k24 my orders were prepared in a timely fashion my subs were what I had requested and the fountain drinks were fresh ... ordered a large lemonade the beverage was cold 🥶 fresh tasting 😋 and that's it folks NO COMPLAINTS from me ... been a Osceola County Florida resident

Ordered pick up. Asked for Italian herbs bread, got plain. Asked for steak, got cold steak. Asked vegetables get warmed, Completely ignored. Entire sandwich is cold. Another Poinciana special.

We got there no one said hi to to us and the girl was in the phone and ignored all of us!. We stand there for about 10 minutes. And I said something about how rude it was the boy finally say can I help you??? Not hi no nothing! The rudes staff I ever encountered in my life!!

Last trip to Subway ever. Tried to do online order. Web site sucks, kept getting errors. Finally order was entered; when I tried to pay (multiple times) site would not process. Drove to Subway, and ordered manually. When it was time to pay they would nor honor $6.99 promotion that was available on the web site. Clerk told me $6.99 was only valid for online orders that Subway site WOULD NOT ACCEPT. Bait & switch - NEVER again. By the way, the sandwich sucked.

Evelyn was awesome! She was kind and friendly. We ordered 3 sandwiches and were in/out quickly. The store had lots of people there. Even with a line (3 people in front of us) service was quick and friendly.

Online ordering was not working. When I got to the store they said it’s working. Went to order a few subs and meatballs not available. Ordered my other two sandwiches and the selections didn’t look fresh. Regardless of the time of day everything should look fresh. I asked what meats are included in a cold cut and the young lady replied she’s worked there years and doesn’t know. (Wrong Answer). Anyway, both the ladies looked like they didn’t want to work with very somber faces. Not a good look at all
The tall black guy upfront in the mornings is so nice and patient Food is okay and he puts customers first. Haven’t had a bad experience with this location.
