I was trying to do an order online using a coupon but the system didn’t work. I went to the Subway store in Poinciana and I talked with Shanice and she helped me very kindly. I was mad because I couldn’t make my order online but thanks to her I was able to place my order, and she validated the coupon in the store. There was a gentleman behind the counter who had the most amazing customer service I have experienced in quite some time. Ive been in the service industry for a long time and he was a pleasant surprise. I do not know his name, but he had locs in 2 ponytails and many piercings. He was delightful to talk too and he carefully put together our order. He was always smiling and very warm!! Will definitely be back because of him. His birthday is tomorrow so Happy early birthday!!!

Idk how you spell his name but Ivener needs to get it together, first of all he didn’t change his gloves while making another sandwich he then just throws everything on the sandwich instead of making the food properly it was just a mess. They then proceed to ask if I wanted anything else other than the sandwiches I said no he then proceeded to still charge me double for a “drink and chip” after I said no. Those other two girls that was with him unprofessional as well just laughing and playing around now I do get it have fun but not while you have people in the store. This was very unprofessional to be charged double and horrible customer service

I had delivery order that Wind it up, arriving super late due to the driver and made my sandwich soggy and soda flat. I went into the store to speak with someone and was met with A+ service. Fran the sandwich artist saw that I was upset and immediately got management all while having a professional and courteous demeanor that was calming. Manager Shanice also provided exceptional customer service not only did she listen to my problem, but understood the situation and provided me with a new sandwich as well as extended her apology. Although this visit started with a hiccup, I left a very satisfied customer! Will definitely be going back just because of these two exceptional ladies.
