Friday 2/2/24 Me and my wife came inside to eat for dinner and the female employees that were working this evening had very poor attitude and professionalism they made are sándwiches slapped and when I asked one of them to add more meat she declined to do so so I offered to speak to a manager and she told me that the manager won’t be there until Monday so I asked her for her name so when I talk with the manager on Monday I can notify him how bad service I had she refused to share her name so I asked her 2 more times so she walked away to the back of the store ignoring me I then asked her coworker for help and she looked at her and asked her if she can help me with what I needed and then she proceeded to tell me she can’t help me EDER so I took my food and left the store very angry this place has to take action in hiring better employees that really care about there job and specially the customer.. trust me I won’t be going here every again… this place sucks..the worst customer service I’ve received ????????????????

They never pick up a call, ever, I placed an online order and it was canceled for no reason but they were quick to take my money and now I gotta wait 7 days for a refund. And no delivery and no answered call... who runs this store? I want answers.

Don't place your order online cause they will screw it up EVERYTIME! If they dont have your assistance to make it correctly. Then catch an attitude with you if you need it fixed. Clearly they can't read AT ALL!!!!From simple instructions to missing ingredients and missing PAID FOR double meat.EVERYTIME FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS!! It dosen't matter who's working.

Wanted to make an online order for a BOGO deal but for some reason, after checking multiple times too, for this store specifically online ordering was offline. I went to the store anyways to see if they could honor the BOGO deal and I was told no. Not sure if it's the workers or if it's Subway's policy to not have some way to honor these deals. Really disappointed though

Took my 2 special needs kids to eat here 2 nights ago. I ordered using the app, but I was right outside when I did it. I wanted to ask the sandwich lady to put the cheese on my meatball sub on the bottom so it didn't stick to the wrapper when I opened it. The other girl who was there kept interrupting me and refused to let me talk, which ended up with me asking her in a raised voice to please stop so I could talk. Finally, I was able to make my request. Afterward, I thought I'd be the bigger person and apologized for how I might have come off even though I knew I was right. Instead of accepting the apology, she started mouthing off, saying I had an attitude. We sat down so I could let the kids eat their sandwich while it was warm. The girl called the cops and had us removed, and I was told I can never go back. How is it I can't contact the store manager about this? I've even tried contacting corporate but to no avail.

The girl working on the night of 8/19/2023 was having an attitude with a nice lady and literally called the cops on her for no reason! What an unprofessional place of business and will never eat there. So weird.

Leaving a 1 star, 0 if I could, for the disgraceful and petty customer service that I and 4.4k other people witnessed a lady recieve tonight live on Tiktok regardless of that, it's very clear to see from their previous reviews / complaints that this is a very common occurrence at this particular subway.

First time in this subway. I had a Philly cheese steak sandwich and my wife had a ham and cheese sandwich ?. Fresh and delicious with a big d . Very nice and very clean even the men's room. And the lady at the counter was very nice and very professional. Just like they say on tv ? subway eat Fresh. So for all you folks out there always have publix subs.
