We drove 20 minutes today to get to this subway, as we thought that it would be better as one in the Walmart. But when we entered all the employees were sitting at one of the tables and seemed to be bothered that guests walked in. Reluctantly they got behind the counter and made the sandwiches. The sandwiches weren’t too bad, but we felt not welcome at all. We were planning to eat inside, but decided to go and eat in our car so the employees could continue their talk, which they did even before we could get to the door.

I think they save their most stale bread for mobile orders/doordash. They have consistently served me old bread and are never welcoming when going in. Sadly, It’s the closest location to me but I will not go back again.

I only can give a 5 star to the person that was working the night of 10/26/25. Her name is Laura, she was working by herself in a big rush. She was kind, but I felt bad for her looking how quick she was trying to work to not make anyone wait too long. Is inhuman, is very ashame that owners have only 1 employee working on a busy Sunday night making multiple sandwich for customers in the store and online orders. I wish this lady can find a better job that in this ugly place that might be own by unconscious owners. Really sad. Hope my English can be understanding by everyone and do not support this places.

Had issues getting in touch with delivery driver cause the app was giving me problems with updating certain information so it can be delivered. The order was never delivered. Called DoorDash to try and get a refund cause I never got the food delivered to me even though the dasher picked they refused and said they weren’t able to give a refund since the dasher had came to pick it up. Then the requested if it could be sent again with a different dasher and they once again refused and said they weren’t able to send another person to deliver it to me.

I had the best service, food, and experience today. Laura was my sandwich artist who took the time to cook my 🥓 bacon to perfection and was extremely friendly and outgoing. I've never had an experience like that at any subway restaurant. I hope this gets to the upper mgmt and owner. She is a gem. Treat her right!
