Safety concerns, I was there the employee that was working their was have a domestic dispute with her spouse I believe in the store , they were yelling . I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable, my child was with and got scared. Went lady to ask for her manager she would give info, they need tp check the cameras , I would never go back to that location. I will call corporate office to complain about this.

Went in for lunch ordered whole wheat subs was told by the lazy fill in the blank that the wheat bread just came out of the oven and she needed to wait 20 minutes for it to cool and was not willing to cut the sub she was very unprofessional will never go back !!!!!

When to this location for lunch,or tried to go to this location for lunch on Dec 17 2023. Wanted to ask what salads they offered. But, was ignored by manager and staff. They were busy planning the Christmas party . TRYED , twice to discuss salads and was ignored both times. Finally , left empty handed. The store is dirty needs a good deep cleaning.

Unpleasant experience preparing food and making jokes between employees and talking excessively over the food, not only dropping saliva on my food but also what other customers are going to consume.I tell him about my discomfort and he answers me, thank you, have a good day IN A CUTTING WAY and that if I don't like them talking over the food, next time I should buy food at McDonald's!!!!!What a more Professional staff!!!!!

Horrible sandwiches...spent close to $40.Wish I hadnt...the bread was stale..the cookies tasted as it they were done weeks ago. When I reached out to customer service on the web...a Lisa Durst who stated she was a manager was just as useless. No refund ...no store credit. Then has the nerve to say "we look forward to serving you in the future". I'd have to be a fool to go back!Money spent on nasty food...for my kids.

Today on the 29th of September I arrived at this location to find all the doors locked and the employee inside running to hide. If the store closes at 10pm why is it at 8:30 the doors are locked and the employee hiding. This is not the first time I've had an issue at this store. I found a guest coming from the back fixing his clothes and the female employee fixing before trying to make my sandwich. Not sure what's going on at this location but I recommend management please look into what there night staff are doing.

The lettuce looks old. The tall fake red head skeletor lady has bad people skills and DISCRIMINATES AGAINST EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS. If you have family or loved ones that count on your emotional support pets don’t go here. The manager dose not support mental health awareness let alone f men’s mental health

I have been a client for this subway a couple times and today was my last day as a client. I asked for a wrap to be toasted at the end for a couple seconds and I was told that it was not posible. I asked for the same thing every time I go and they always do. They said that the managers do not want them to do that because the wrap breaks, I explained that every other time the wrap never break and it was only for a couple seconds. While I’m talking I also told them not to cut it and they were like not listening any word I was saying, they ended cutting the wrap. She said that she can eat it for lunch and prepare another one. I’m so sorry, but there is no more subway “have it your way”. The treatment was horrible, they said that the other times they toasted the wrap was a new person. I think this is even worst, the new person was very diligent, she knows how to treat people but the employee who had more experience should not be attending customers. The customers for her doesn’t have any value and she doesn’t listen. I’m not coming back.

Went there for lunch and left with a 6inch teriyaki sandwich. Got to work and sat down to eat first thin I see is a hair In my sandwich. Opens the it up and I found a total of 4 hair strands. I sure it had to be the managers hair. She was not wearing a hair net or a hat white making the sandwiches. This place is so nasty. In the photo you can see 1 out of the 4. Instant gag reflex. I am never going back there again.

I was over charged, but they were able to fix it. The toaster is broken, none of our sandwiches were more than room temperature upon receiving them. The ladies working were very nice.

The older gentlemen working the counter is a subway hero. He was working and moving faster than anyone else half his age. It's hard to believe he is working by himself at 7pm on a Friday with a flood of customers. I applauded the sandwich hero but shame to management for understaffed or at the very least not even bothering to be in the store during the busy times. 1 star for the horrid management that doesn't know how to work and Staff a store.
