Very Sterile atmosphere! Workers are almost non verbal, only typical questions about the wanted sandwich, no customer service and I noticed all workers like to hide in the back while customers are still in the store, I love subway but this store needs a manager 😳

Unfortunately, Jenaya was my cashier today, I asked for a combo. after she charge me,
I said that comes with my drink right? She said you have to ask for it. I left without our drinks because she was not paying attention when I asked for my combo.
Being really rude for no reason because I was literally her only customer! That’s unacceptable I hope you guys get better employees!!

Went to this subways with my daughter , the worst customer service, rude and nasty ! They Can’t even welcome the customers as they arrive . I asked a question about a coupon and her response was for me to read the coupon ? We will never return back to this place!!!

Crowned Royalty

So disappointed with the customer service my order was incomplete- on 5/5 placed an online order for delivery at 520 pm , I contacted the store 5 times before someone answered , when I informed the associate on shift my order was incomplete she debated that it was door dashes fault for not completing the order before leaving , I told her I spoke with door dash and they said subway never handed them the rest of the order , no accountability, so I asked if I can come in to have my order remade my sandwiches weren’t toasted and I was missing all of my drinks , the associate stated I’d have to wait until the manager Theresa comes in tomorrow morning , I asked why do I have to wait until the next day to fix my order ? She kept speaking over me and reiterated that there’s nothing she can do - I told her I’d just like a refund , she told me I still had to wait until tomorrow for a refund , my nachos were cold , my subs weren’t toasted , and I was missing all of my drinks , I was willing to come in to get my missing items but they stated I wasn’t able to until a manager was present which is tomorrow morning the next day . That’s insane . I am completely dissatisfied, and super thirsty ! Wish the company would train their employees with better customer service skills and a bit more empathy and compassion- I paid extra for delivery fee and a tip for that I could’ve went elsewhere and received better service - and I will next time.
