I bought online at Osceola Parkway today June 23/24. I ordered 2 subs with the "buy one and the other free", but they didn't give me any chicken or cheese. Just bread lettuce and tomato. If they offer this promotion, respect it and place the order as requested, or let the customer know that this promotion is a sandwich with only lettuce and tomato bread.

9:19PM Monday and the boy was very rude, disrespectful and very unintelligible, we all have a bad day but this guy apparently has been treated badly all his life and us costumers are not to blame!

They don't even deserve a star. I was an hour away from closing, a guy came out and told me, it's closed and I responded, but there's an hour left and his response was... "For me it's closed and if you want, tell the supervisor tomorrow, I don't care" and The days before that, you walk in and it seems like no one works there.
My God, what bad service, you arrive to buy at 9:45 and after you buy, the Mexican tells you that he is here at night, that you can't sit down to eat because at 10 he closes, and the notice on the door says that It is at 11 that they close. How do you tell the client that he comes almost every night? what terrible service.

He is the most sarcastic and rude person who can serve the public, besides he doesn't care, I placed an order online, and I frequent this place because it is the closest to my house, but from now on I will prefer to drive 5 more minutes and visit another subway and not go through this type of situation. This is not the first time he has acted in the same way, the last time my spouse had to cancel an order for the same reason.

This location feels a little cramped and there needs to be more than one employee. There was one guy working the counters and he was bombarded. Other than that the sandwich is pretty okay.

Got out of work after 14 hours and an employee tried to tell me they were closed when it wasn’t true. Then he and another employee ignored me for ten minutes while talking to another person, who seemed like a customer but didn’t order anything and just talked about tv shows. Then when they finally got to me, same guy kept saying they were out of everything I asked for and then would say ‘jk lol!’. He also insulted my job and told me it couldn’t possibly be that hard even after 14 hours. Never ever going to this store again, the worst customer service (as in there is NO E they barely served me!) I’ve ever had.
