Horrible Horrible customer service..very rude. I ask the young lady if I can make it a meal and she just took off her gloves and walked away. She was throwing the sandwiches together all sloppy like she didn't care at all. She didn't want to be there and was so angry that I was ordering because she clearly didn't want to do anything. It was a very bad experience i will never return to this location again. There is another location on simpson road with better customer service. I don't recommend this location. I was also overcharged and didn't even want to go back and deal with her again. Lesson learned.

They’ve hired a new guy who is rude and lazy. I walked in an hour before closing and he tried to tell us they were closed when I knew that wasn’t true because I frequent this store often. He complained the whole time I ordered and when 2 women came in after me he also tried to say they were closed and gave them nasty looks. I work in the food industry so I understand it can be frustrating but there was no excuse for his attitude and demeanor

I waited in line for over 15 mins for the African American girl working to say that she is out of turkey. BUT the worst part was her customer service skills and bad attitude towards every customer who needed more than 1 sub, stating that she is going to quit if someone else need a lot of sandwiches. I felt it was so unprofessional and will never visit this location again.
