0 stars . Lady don’t know how to take care of customers, has a bad attitude yelling at customers . Needs to learn manners . I decided to leave without buying. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Terrible experience, Today. This was my third time going to this place where they do not have bread, I understand that sometimes they run out but every time, and on top of that, lady working at this location does not care at all about customers. Out of bread, out of veggies and still have this much attitude waw!

My tummy is one happy tummy. I order the classic spicy Italian with provolone. Ariel was the artist behind my delicious footlong. She has a very contagious smile. Just perfect. I used coupons I clipped from the newspaper and was a bit embarrassed to use them but Ariel made me feel like a rockstar hehe. I’m glad she was there. She will be there for you too.

Don't come to this place, awful customer service. I experienced first hand how the lady behind the counter can't provide customer service and can't help customers. There was nobody else inside the store and she acted like we were bothering her. The place got busier and she was by herself and customer got irritated.
There is a reason this store has a 2.7 google rating and now I know why. I normally don't write reviews this long but this was awful!

I guess I agree with all the reviews complaining about customer service. We can in and were waiting in line for our turn. We were a bit thirsty so we figured to grab one of the cups displayed on the counter and get some water while we were waiting. After we order our food and drink the employee asked me if I wanted anything else so I told him that we took a cup for some water. And his reaction was a bit aggressive when he mentioned he has to charge me for the cup since those are not cups for water and I did not mind at this pointe and usually I leave tips everywhere I go so I decided I’m not leaving any just because of his reaction. I asked for my receipt and I find out he actually charge me for a drink rather than just a cup??? 2.69. I asked him: so you charged me for a drink? And he answers: I had to charge you for the cup and I repeated my question loud and clear: I’m asking if you charged me for a drink? Than he answered that that is the only way he could charged me for the empty cup is to charge me for the whole drink. I did not complain and I actually got an other drink. The point is not that he charged me but why would you charge me the full price for a drink when the only thing I got was an empty cup. 2.69 is not a big deal when I was going to leave a 5 dollars tip. I think some people need to learn more about customer service.

The ginger woman that “works” here is THE most rude and obnoxious person I’ve had the displeasure of encountering.

The fillings were so meagre i now have to go buy another lunch at Walmart.

Not going to waste any more time on this review, safe to say I will not be returning. Ever.

Trust me, do NOT go to this location unless you like being treated like a piece of garbage. You would be surprised it I told you that the only problem this location has is one single employee, famously known as “redhair lady”. Read the previous reviews and you will see. Long story short, red hair lady clearly hates her job. She disrespects paying customers, insult them, give dirty looks, rush them while ordering, and worst of all, discriminates. Owners of this location are probably lost in the twilight zone as 4 years from my last visit and unpleasant encounter with this “red hair lady”, nothing has happened. Yup, despite all the negative reviews, red hair lady is still there.

The store is big and it’s very clean. The employees are very kind and the food is great. I had this one lovely employee whose name was Iasia who makes the best subs and has a great customer service as well. I met the store manager Brittany and I gotta say, she is one of the hardest worker to maintain a big store. One of the best experience I had so far.

Clearly we were bothering the staff from cooking food in the kitchen. I mean, considering we are the ones they're cooking for. Obviously they'd rather hide in the back than deal with customers, they prefer to throw shade at their bread and butter. Very bad customer service here.
